Many articles have been written so far on the influence of Abul Ala Al-Ma'rri on Khayyam, because every researcher who studies on the life and works of these two great poets would undoubtedly find a close similarity between them, as in most cases, Khayyam's ghost appears in front of them by studying Abul Ala Al's words. Because these two poets with the same philosophical viewpoints were often unanimous, concordant and agreed. Although, they occasionally fell apart. Before entering the world of philosophy of these two poets, what should be considered in this comparison are the political, social, economic and intellectual conditions of the two poets' time which played an important role in the formation of their personality. As far as, it can be stated that all the ideas and thoughts of the two poets were rooted in their time's circumstances شاعران و نویسندگان در هر گوشه‌اي از جهان و در هر دورانی، پیوسته از آرا، افكار و اندیشه‌های یکدیگر تأثیر می‌پذیرند. این پژوهش که به روشی توصیفی – تحلیلی و برپایه‌های اصول مکتب آمریکایی تدوین شده، مقايسه‌اي تطبیقی میان مبانی فکری و زیرساختهای اعتقادی دو شاعر نامور ایرانی و عرب است. نگارندگان در این‌ مقاله نخست به بررسی اوضاع‌ سياسي‌، اجتماعي‌ و فكري اين‌ دو اندیشمند برجسته پرداخته‌اند. چه اینها در شكل‌گيري شخصيت فردی و ادبی آن‌ دو نقش به سزایی داشتند. تا بدانجا كه آرا و ‌افكار دو شاعر متاثر از اوضاع‌ و احوال‌ زمانه‌شان‌ بوده‌ است‌. بي‌شك‌ ميان‌ اندیشه‌های آن‌ دو تشابه‌اي ‌نزديك‌ وجود دارد‌، به طوري كه‌ در بيشتر موارد شبح سخنان‌ ابوالعلاء در آرای خيام‌ جان ‌مي‌گيرد. دو شاعر با وجود ديدگاه‌هاي‌ فلسفي‌ مشابه‌ غالباً هم‌صدا، هم‌سخن‌ و هم‌عقيده با یکدیگر ‌بوده‌اند؛ البته گاهی‌ نگرش آن دو با یکدیگر تفاوت داشته که بیان اين تشابه‌ها و اختلافها از دستاوردهای اصلی این پژوهش است http://kalam.saminatech.ir/ar/Article/Download/18489
