Therefore, the theory of the relationship between religion and ethics, which emphasizes that religion supports ethics, helps to expand moral virtues. In this article, the concept of morality and religion is discussed and also the views of various Islamic and Western thinkers and philosophers on the relationship or non-relevance of religion and ethics are reviewed. The research method is based on qualitative and documentary studies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between religion and ethics and to emphasize the importance of religiousness of man and human societies in the pursuit of morality and the spread of moral virtues as well as the effect of religiousness and the positive effects of religiosity on the consolidation of moral values. The findings show that religion is more general and has different components and realizes ethical value through its multiple dimensions. Morality, on the other hand, like a strong phenomenon provides the development basis for social values and sustainable prosperity, and nobody can deny the role of religion in advocating morality. Conclusion: In order to gain specific examples of moral commands, we need religion. And this is inspiration that can elucidate moral commands in a particular sense with certain limits, conditions and devices. دین با سفارش به دوری از رذایل اخلاقی سهم بسیار مهمی در اخلاقی بودن جوامع بشری دارد. لذا نظریه ارتباط دین و اخلاق با تاکید بر اینکه دین از اخلاق حمایت و پشتیبانی می‌کند به گسترش فضایل اخلاقی کمک می‌کند. در نوشته حاضر به بیان مفهوم اخلاق و دین پرداخته شده و همچنین دیدگاه‌های مختلف اندیشمندان و فیلسوفان اسلامی و غربی در خصوص ارتباط یا عدم ارتباط دین و اخلاق مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش تحقیق بر اساس مطالعات اسنادی و کیفی است. هدف تحقیق بررسی ارتباط بین دین و اخلاق و بیان اهمیت دیندار بودن انسان و جوامع انسانی در جهت اخلاقی بودن و گسترش فضایل اخلاقی است. و تاثیر میزان دینداری و تاثیرات مثبت دیندار بودن در تحکیم ارزش های اخلاقی می‌باشد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد دين عام‌تر و دارای اجزاء متعدد است و از طريق ابعاد متعدد خود ارزش اخلاق را محقق مي‌كند. و از سوي ديگر اخلاق نيز مانند پديده‌اي نيرومند زمينه توسعه ارزش‌هاي اجتماعي و سعادت پايدار را فراهم مي‌كند.و هیچکس نمی‌تواند نقش دین را در حمایت از اخلاق منکر شود. برای اینکه مصادیق خاص دستورهای اخلاقی را به دست آوریم به دین نیازمندیم و این وحی است که می‌تواند دستورهای اخلاقی را در مورد خاصی با حدود خاص و شرایط و لوازمش تبین کند. http://kalam.saminatech.ir/ar/Article/Download/18966
