Even with the influence of the enemy, there must be an "explanation" of divine and revolutionary teachings to influence people's thoughts and guide them in the right direction. Of course, effective explanation has requirements, the most important of which are: "media and artistic rhetoric", "using the capacity of revolutionary believers" and "coherent organizational work". In this research, which has been done with analytical-descriptive method, it has been tried to explain the necessity and importance of the issue of "explanation" by referring to the verses of the Holy Quran and the traditions of Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) and "requirements of effective explanation" should be examined.</p> <p>اصلی¬ترین راهبرد دشمن برای نفوذ، تأثیرگذاری بر روی «اندیشه¬های مردم» است تا با همراه کردن آنان، به هدف خود که «براندازی نظام اسلامی» است دست یابند، از این رو باید گفت اصلی¬ترین راهبرد جبهه حق برای مقابله با نفوذ دشمن نیز باید «تبیین» معارف الهی و انقلابی برای تأثیرگذاری بر اندیشه¬های مردم و هدایت و جهت دهی آنان در مسیر حق باشد. البته تبیین مؤثر الزاماتی دارد که مهمترین آنها عبارتند از: «بلاغت رسانه¬ای و هنری»، «بهره-گیری از ظرفیت مؤمنان انقلابی» و «کار تشکیلاتی منسجم». در این پژوهش که با روش تحلیلی-توصیفی انجام شده است، کوشیده شده است با استناد به آیات قرآن کریم و روایات اهل بیت(ع)، اولاً ضرورت و اهمیت مسئله «تبیین» تشریح گردد و سپس «متعلّقات تبیین» و «متولّیان تبیین» و «الزامات تبیین مؤثر» مورد بررسی قرار گیرند.</p>
