The Holy Qur'an, which is a comprehensive and immortal book for guidance, has also been stated in several verses مساله «بداء» از جمله مسایلی است که علمای مذاهب اسلامی در مورد آن دیدگاه‌های مختلفی دارند. این مسئله از ویژگی‌های تفکر شیعی و متأثر از نصوص دینی است. از نظر شیعه، اعمال انسان در سرنوشتش تأثیر گذار است و خداوند براساس اعمال صالح یا ناصالح وی، تقدیرش را تغییر می‌دهد. برخلاف یهود که دست خدا را از هرگونه تغییر و تبدیل بسته می‌دانند. در اهمیت مبحث «بداء» همین بس که امام صادق می‌فرماید: «مَا عُبِدَ اللَّهُ بِشَیْ‌ءٍ مِثْلِ الْبَدَاء» از اینرو راقمان این سطور درصددند به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به تبیین هرچه بیشتر این موضوع بپردازند. به همین منظور پس از مفهوم شناسی واژه «بداء» و ذکر تفاوت آن با نسخ، به بررسی دیدگاه مفسران و علمای اهل تسنن پیرامون بداء پرداخته و ضمن نقل اقوال مشهور، دلایل شیعه بر اثبات بداء و اتهامات علیه شیعه را نیز مطرح نموده و با استدلالات عقلی و نقلی شیعه را از تهمت‌های ناروای مخالفان مبرا ساخته است. بنابراین از نگاه مسلمانان هر نوع تحول و دگرگونی تحت قدرت و سیطره تدبیر خداوند بزرگ قرار دارد و قدرت خدای سبحان علی الاطلاق نافذ است و کسی توان ممانعت از تحقق آن را ندارد. قرآن کریم که کتاب جامع و جاویدان برای هدایت است، نیز در آیاتی چند بر آن تصریح نموده است. http://kalam.saminatech.ir/en/Article/Download/18653
