The results showed that among the common causes behind these revolutions: the political and administrative failure of the rulers, despotism and absolute freedom, and the taking of people, the widespread financial and social crises and its consequences (unemployment, Inflation, reduced economic growth, social harm, reduced social trust and socialism, anomalies, etc.), the presence of intellectuals and people in the scene, the existence of virtual social networks from other revolutions, the existence of guiding and minded leaders, dependence and unbalanced development, and the separation The revolution of Iran with these revolutions: the root of it Another distinction was that of the leadership of Iran, which came from the people and the people. اعمال لهو و لعب از دیرباز تا کنون در زندگی انسان وجود داشته داشته است ، این اعمال امری هستند منفی و بر علم فقه مومن هرگز عمر خود را به بطالت نمی‌گذراند .درگذشته این اعمال به دلیل عدم پیشرف ت جوامع و تکنولوژی‌های نوین ارتباطی توسط افراد به شکل قمار، مشروبات الکلی، رقص، مواد مخدر و... پیش آمد اما امروزه با گسترش اینترنت و دنیای مجازی به شکل دیگری نمو پیدا کرد. این مقاله در صدد است تا با روشی توصیفی تحلیلی به تبیین لهو و لعب و اقسام آن در فضای مجازی با بیان کیفر آن در حقوق ایران بپردازد و در مقام پاسخ‌دهی به این سوال باشد که لهو و لعب از گذشته تا به امروز به چه میزان دستخوش تغییر گشته‌‌اند و چالش‌های پیش رو در این زمینه چیست ؟ یافته‌های دراین مقاله نشان می‌دهد که همزمان با توسعه‌‌‌‌‌ی تکنولوژی قسم‌های لهو ولعب و تمرکز بیشتر افراد نسبت به گذشته به این اعمال افزایش یافته است ، علاوه بر اینها ، این مساله سبب اختلال در زمینه‌ی ‌‌‌تربیتی و تجمیع پرونده‌های قضایی گشته است. http://kalam.saminatech.ir/en/Article/Download/34452
