The main issue of this study is what is the concept of fairness in the Holy Quran and its traditions and philosophical and educational implications. According to the above general problem, the research questions are: What meanings does fairness in the Qur'an mean? What are the philosophical implications of the concept of fairness? What are the educational implications of the concept of fairness? In order to answer the above questions, analytical-inferential method has been used. Therefore, the present article is considered among philosophical studies with a fundamental approach. This study shows that the concept of fairness in the Qur'an has several meanings, such as installments, persistence in respecting the rights of orphans, avoiding extremes in social relationships, paying attention to the rights of others, respecting rights and rights in speech and action, in leadership and management. Paying attention to knowledge and awareness in criticizing people, right-mindedness in judgment and arbitration, fairness in observing God's right and in relation to Him is implied. On the other hand, this research shows that from a philosophical point of view, in addition to the field of values, the concept of fairness can also be investigated from two aspects of anthropology and epistemology.</p> <p>پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد به روشن سازی معانی گوناگون مفهوم انصاف که از مفاهیم مهم و بنیادی، اخلاقی و تربیتی قرآن کریم است، بپردازد و سپس دلالت&zwnj;های فلسفی و تربیتی آن را استنتاج کند. مسأله اصلی این مطالعه چیستی مفهوم انصاف در قرآن کریم و روایات و دلالت&zwnj;های فلسفی و تربیتی آن است. با توجه به مسأله کلی فوق، سؤال&zwnj;های پژوهش عبارتند ازانصاف در قرآن بر کدام معانی دلالت دارد؟دلالت&zwnj;های فلسفی مفهوم انصاف کدامند؟ دلالت&rlm;های تربیتی مفهوم انصاف کدامند؟ به منظور پاسخگویی به پرسش&rlm;های بالا از روش تحلیلی &ndash; استنتاجی استفاده شده است. بنابراین، مقاله&rlm;ی حاضر در زمره&rlm;ی مطالعات فلسفی و با رویکرد بنیادی محسوب می&rlm;شود. این مطالعه نشان می&rlm;دهد مفهوم انصاف در قرآن بر معانی متعددی مانند قسط، پایداری بر رعایت حقوق یتیم، اطاعت خداوند، دوری از افراط و تفریط در مناسبات اجتماعی، توجه به حقوق دیگران، رعایت حق و حقوق در گفتار و عملکرد، در رهبری و مدیریت، توجه به علم و آگاهی در نقد افراد، حق گرایی در قضاوت و داوری، انصاف در رعایت حق خداوند و در ارتباط با او دلالت دارد. از سوی دیگر، این تحقیق نشان می&rlm;دهد که به لحاظ فلسفی افزون بر حیطه ارزش&rlm;شناسی، مفهوم انصاف از دو جنبه انسان&rlm;شناسی و معرفت&rlm;شناسی نیز قابل بررسی است. به علاوه، استنتاج&rlm;های تربیتی حکایت از آن دارند که مفهوم انصاف را باید هم در اهداف آموزش و پرورش قرار دهیم و هم در دیگر اجزای برنامه ریزی درسی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. همچنین مفهوم انصاف هم در آموزش و پرورش رسمی و هم غیر رسمی کاربرد دارد.</p> http://kalam.saminatech.ir/en/Article/Download/49737
