The aim of this research is to identify the similarities and differences in how electricity grid damage is compensated for in different civilizations and to provide solutions for improving this process in the modern world. To conduct this research, a qualitative research method was employed, and data was collected through library studies. The sources used included legal, historical, and scientific articles related to the topic under discussion. The research findings indicate that in Islamic civilization, electricity grid damage compensation was based on religious and ethical principles. In other civilizations, there were various methods for compensation, which were primarily based on the laws and customs of each civilization. By comparing the different methods of compensation in different civilizations, it can be concluded that in some cases there are similarities and in others there are differences. These similarities and differences can help to deepen our understanding of this topic and provide solutions for improving the compensation process in the modern world. One of the most important findings of this research is the emphasis on the role of the state in compensating for electricity grid damage in Islamic civilization. In other civilizations, the state was also responsible for compensation in some cases, but this responsibility was not complete or absolute.         مقایسه تطبیقی روش&zwnj;ها نشان می&zwnj;دهد که در بسیاری از موارد، اصولی مشترک همچون رعایت عدالت و جبران ضرر دیده می&zwnj;شود، اما آنچه تمدن اسلامی را متمایز می&zwnj;کند، تأکید بر بُعد معنوی و احسان در کنار عدالت است، که در بینش قرآنی و عرفان اسلامی نقشی اساسی دارد. یکی از مهم&zwnj;ترین یافته&zwnj;های این تحقیق، نقش بنیادین دولت اسلامی در جبران خسارات ناشی از آسیب&zwnj;های زیرساختی بر اساس آموزه&zwnj;های قرآنی و الهام از عرفان است. دولت در تمدن اسلامی، با الهام از اصل «ولایت» و با تأسی از مفاهیم عرفانی همچون محبت و خدمت به خلق، مسئولیتی عمیق و معنوی در این زمینه داشته است. در سایر تمدن&zwnj;ها نیز دولت&zwnj;ها گاهی مسئول جبران خسارات ناشی از آسیب&zwnj;های زیرساختی بوده&zwnj;اند، اما رویکردی عمیق و الهی در آن کمتر دیده می&zwnj;شود. در نهایت، این تحقیق نشان می&zwnj;دهد که مبانی قرآنی و عرفانی تمدن اسلامی در زمینه جبران خسارات ناشی از آسیب&zwnj;های زیرساختی مانند شبکه برق، حمل&zwnj;ونقل و دیگر زیرساخت&zwnj;ها، چارچوبی جامع و الهی ارائه می&zwnj;دهد که می&zwnj;تواند به عنوان الگویی برای تمدن&zwnj;های دیگر نیز مطرح شود. این رویکرد، با تأکید بر عدالت، احسان و مسئولیت معنوی، راهگشای بهبود فرآیند جبران خسارت&zwnj;ها در جهان امروز خواهد بود.
