The aim of this research is to identify the similarities and differences in how electricity grid damage is compensated for in different civilizations and to provide solutions for improving this process in the modern world. To conduct this research, a qualitative research method was employed, and data was collected through library studies. The sources used included legal, historical, and scientific articles related to the topic under discussion. The research findings indicate that in Islamic civilization, electricity grid damage compensation was based on religious and ethical principles. In other civilizations, there were various methods for compensation, which were primarily based on the laws and customs of each civilization. By comparing the different methods of compensation in different civilizations, it can be concluded that in some cases there are similarities and in others there are differences. These similarities and differences can help to deepen our understanding of this topic and provide solutions for improving the compensation process in the modern world. One of the most important findings of this research is the emphasis on the role of the state in compensating for electricity grid damage in Islamic civilization. In other civilizations, the state was also responsible for compensation in some cases, but this responsibility was not complete or absolute. Based on the findings of this research, it can be suggested that the religious principles of Islamic civilization in the field of electricity grid damage provide a comprehensive and fair framework for addressing this issue. These principles can be used as a model for other civilizations in addressing this issue.</p> <p>این مقاله به بررسی تطبیقی جبران خسارات ناشی از آسیب&zwnj;های زیرساختی مانند شبکه برق در تمدن اسلامی و دیگر تمدن&zwnj;ها می&zwnj;پردازد. هدف آن فهم اصول معنوی و اخلاقی نهفته در فرآیند جبران خسارت&zwnj;ها در تمدن&zwnj;های مختلف است و پیشنهاد راهکارهایی بر اساس آموزه&zwnj;های قرآنی و عرفانی برای بهبود این فرآیند در دنیای معاصر دارد. تحقیق به روش کیفی انجام شده و داده&zwnj;ها از منابع فقهی، حقوقی و تاریخی با نگاهی عرفانی و معنوی گردآوری شده&zwnj;اند. در تمدن اسلامی، جبران خسارات نه تنها بر اساس قوانین حقوقی بلکه بر اصول اخلاقی قرآن و سلوک عرفانی استوار است. این اصول، از جمله عدالت، انصاف و مسئولیت اجتماعی، به&zwnj;ویژه در حوزه جبران خسارت&zwnj;ها، علاوه بر حقوق مادی، به ابعاد معنوی و روحانی نیز توجه دارند. مقایسه تطبیقی نشان می&zwnj;دهد که تمدن اسلامی تأکید بیشتری بر بُعد معنوی و احسان نسبت به سایر تمدن&zwnj;ها دارد. یکی از یافته&zwnj;های مهم تحقیق، نقش بنیادین دولت اسلامی در جبران خسارات ناشی از آسیب&zwnj;های زیرساختی است که از آموزه&zwnj;های قرآنی و عرفانی سرچشمه می&zwnj;گیرد. دولت اسلامی با الهام از اصل &laquo;ولایت&raquo; و مفاهیم عرفانی همچون محبت و خدمت به خلق، مسئولیت عمیق و معنوی در این زمینه دارد. در سایر تمدن&zwnj;ها، هرچند دولت&zwnj;ها مسئول جبران خسارت&zwnj;های زیرساختی هستند، اما رویکرد عمیق و الهی کمتر به چشم می&zwnj;آید. این تحقیق نشان می&zwnj;دهد که مبانی قرآنی و عرفانی تمدن اسلامی در جبران خسارات، به&zwnj;ویژه در زمینه آسیب&zwnj;های زیرساختی، چارچوب جامع و الهی ارائه می&zwnj;دهد که می&zwnj;تواند الگویی برای دیگر تمدن&zwnj;ها باشد و در بهبود فرآیند جبران خسارت&zwnj;ها در جهان امروز مؤثر واقع شود.</p> http://kalam.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/50511
