This research was conducted on the philosophical foundations of postmodernism, the purpose of which was to provide philosophical foundations and implicit educational implications in Horkheimer's view of education. The research methodology is descriptive-analytic, and the research community has compiled all the documents published on postmodernism with an emphasis on Horkheimer's views. Sampling was done purposefully, selectively and to a saturation level. Data collection method Library studies, data collection tools, data analysis methods in the form of tablings, data provision, conclusions, and confirmation using the research background. The findings suggest that the foundations of Horkheimer's philosophy were expressed in terms of ontology, epistemology and value. In terms of Hercheheimer's implicit implications, his educational objectives emphasized the growth of students and the equalization of power relations. In Horkheimer's educational principles, he thought of educating the social man and emphasizing social communication. In Horkheimer's educational methods, he recommended the aesthetic and emotional identity of learners as well as group, participatory and dialogue-oriented activities. The curriculum focuses on human relationships, mutual respect, and response to social needs. In the teaching method, he suggested the discussion.
