In this article, the author seeks to review the reasons for the marriage of every Muslim, whether male or female, with any non-Muslim, whether a book or an infidel, and with any belief or religion that is against Islam. he result of this research, which is analytical and descriptive and with a library method, indicates that the verses and narrations presented to cite sanctity are irrelevant due to the possibility of renouncing the infidels who disobey Islam. Opposition, which is also permissible by human nature and there is no definite reason to reject it, can be concluded: the marriage of a Muslim with a non-Muslim person who is not opposed to Islam and respects differences of opinion is unimpeded.
