The present study seeks to explain the effective theological structures in the Ashura movement. Since the uprising of Ashura has always been accompanied by a mixture of love and affection, philosophical and intellectual categories have found less opportunity to enter its field. Therefore, the need for such researches occurs and places the Ashura movement in different fields. This research tries to prove the hypothesis that all the actions and omissions of Imam Hussein (AS) had a rational and theological basis by using descriptive, analytical methods and collecting library information and taking fish by studying related sources as well as using various verbal and historical software and internet search. The result of his research is the fact that theology, due to its strong intellectual structure, fully supports the foundation of the movement and even the culture of Ashura. Because on the one hand, by using reason and reasoning, it proves the doctrinal principles of Islam, which Imam Hussein (AS) embodies, and on the other hand, it opens the way for scientific, intellectual and philosophical debates about the thought of Ashura.
