Although Islam strongly opposes discrimination against women, but does not advocate for their absolute equality. The nature has created men and women as complementary beings in life and in society. Therefore, contrary to Western civilization, Islam has given women and men natural rights not the same rights. However, Islam does not oppose the equality between women and men but it opposes the similarity of their rights. The constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran has set a high status for women, and in this connection the government is obliged to observe women's rights in all respects according to Islamic standards and guarantee the full rights of all persons, including men and women, and equality of the law of the Supreme Court has been emphasized. In accordance with the Islamic rules governing the country, the current paper examines the new law on the protection of the family adopted in 2013, for the protection of women's rights, as well as three important issues that directly address the challenges of women's rights. The main question of the current paper is whether this law has taken a more effective step towards the stability of the family, rather than the previous law, and has been responding to the question and has also examined the compliance of this law with the Iranian religious beliefs. The truth of the governorship is that it is a divine word. Its principle is constant in the heavens. "Governorship" has its own levels and steps, its laws and its provisions are numerous based on its dimensions. Guardianship is one of the most important issues of mysticism which realizes in perfect human. This world is the same as the appearance of God, and the Lord is present in his own manifestation. Therefore, human as a part of this world is the manifestation of God. Here, the concept of guardianship is meaningful. The perfect guardian is who has all the attributes of God, and this person is no other than the true prophet. The system of the world and the afterworld depends on the existence of the Muhammadiyah truth. Such a truth is the lord of all manifestations due to the credit of Guardianship principle. The truth of Muhammadiyah is the main pole of the universe, which all Prophets and Divine Guardians are the ranks of this great name. His prophecy includes all kinds of absence and intuition, and when it is realized in a person, it is divided into a special and popular guardianship. The special guardianship is the source of prophecy, and as one of the divine names is eternal, but prophecy ends over time. Perfect Guardian rule the world based on divine attributes. Therefore, the Guardianship position is the Great Divine Book and the version of great world. This study seeks to examine the connection between these three concepts of the guardianship, prophecy and prophetic mission and analyses the principle of prophecy and prophetic mission, which is the same guardianship position. The relationship between religion and politics in the thought of Imam Ali has been an ontological and consistency column of the relationship between society and government. However, this framework, in symmetry to the pattern of realism in the intellectual system of Imam, is, as a concept, effective in creating legitimacy, participation, and advancement in the political system that can be planed, understood and labeled. In the framework, the process of conceptualizing realism by relying on rationality in two levels of thought, with emphasis on concepts such as human dignity, the right to choose people, the implementation of justice and the necessity of the state; and at the level of behavior with an emphasis on the political action of the Imam in determining the caliph, Adoption of arbitration and coexistence with religions will be formulated. This paper tries to achieve two important goals by applying Skinner's interpretation theory: On the other hand, the concept of realism can be understood in the thoughts and behavior of Imam Ali and, on the other hand, the effectiveness of realism in the balance of the part and the coherence of social forces are measured. Obviously, achieving these goals involves the implementation of a range of concepts and subjects. As a result, it is important to understand the framework of the discussion of the plan. 1) Attachment of Realism to Rationality 2) Relevance of Realism with Ideal 3) Conceptualization of Realism 4) Positioning of the environmental conditions and social contexts of the target. In general, the purpose of punishment is to punish the criminal law of intimidating, punishing, reforming, disabling, restorative justice, and satisfying the offender. In this study, based on Qur'anic verses, narrations and hadiths, we have proved that the purpose of Islam is from punishment The perpetrators are nothing more than the above objectives, with the difference that the goals of Islam are more general and more extensive than the legitimate aims of the law. Islam, in addition to worldly goals that are in accordance with the goals of modern legal or criminal law, There are other goals as the afterlife goals, which is the welfare of mankind in the hereafter. Therefore, considering that God considers in his own words the expediency of society and the people, in his decrees the interest of the worldly and the future of the people has been considered. So if there was a profit in punishment, but at a certain time and place it would be a loss for profit and its implementation would not be expedient. It can no longer be the purpose of the Lord, while it is true that the punishment has lost the goals of the Lord. However, the worldly goals of punishing criminals from the point of view of Sharia and Islam are in most cases with customary and criminal law It is in harmony with the worldly happiness of mankind, except for the bliss of the afterlife, So, as long as it is punishable by the fact that it is profitable, and if, once it benefits to a corruptor or causes the worship of Islam and does not result in the above objectives, it can no longer be considered by God, otherwise The face is not compatible with God's righteousness. The concept of the rule of law can be defined with its least constituent component which is the adherence of all groups of society especially the rulers to the law. In the discussion of the principles of the rule of law, the fundamental question is: "What is the obligatory requirement for a person to legitimize law and adhere to it?" In answering this question, from an epistemological point of view, it is important to consider the role of revelation, experience, and wisdom in man's obligation to obey the law. The most important question that has been considered in this research is the study of the principles of the epistemology of the rule of law in the legal system of Iran. According to the findings of this research, the wisdom and experience of mankind in the current legal system of Iran are only valid in the case of the confirmation of the religion. The majority of people in Iran believe that divine law provides their prosperity and perfection, and this is the most important reason for their adherence to divine law or law approved by religion. Civil liability from nuisance in property laws is one of the major areas in civil liability. People may cause nuisance or inflict harms to the latter through exercising their rights of occupation in properties. This subject matter is the area at which property rights and civil liability converge. On the one hand, the proprietor reserves an unlimited right of occupation in his/her property (Article 30 of the Civil Law). On the other hand, the right to property is restricted to this natural and legal right that the latter's property receives no damage (Article 132 of the Civil Law, and Principle 40 of the Islamic Code). The Civil Law does not have an explicit decree as to the civil liability of the proprietor and has not enumerated its provisions or elements either. Therefore, by comparative study of the subject, and via the analytical-descriptive method, it was concluded that the extra occupation of the reasonable would have the result of civil liability, if it would create nuisance in the property law and damage to the neighbor, whether it is intended or unintended for the proprietor. The absoluteness of the right, reasonableness of the act and satisfaction of needs shall not remove liability. However, the rule of "Prohibition of Detriment" governs the relations arising from vicinity and neighborhood, and the occupation by the occupier is customarily endurable by the vicinity law. This research has been done with the aim of examining and analyzing Alvin Plantinga's perspective in the field of science and religion and resolving the alleged conflict between them by the method of library research and descriptive and content analysis. The importance of the relationship between science and religion has led to the entry of many scientists in this field, including "Alvin Carl Plantinga". Research findings show that the most important claims in the conflict between science and religion in the field of human creation, life Earth and Darwin's theory of evolution happened. According to Plantinga, these conflicts are not real and are a level that does not show a contradiction between them with a deeper look. This kind of thinking is also seen in some Muslim thinkers. Plantinga does not provide evidence from the Bible to resolve conflict, and his focus is on faith, believers, and theism. In some cases, his views on conflict resolution are inconsistent with Islamic texts, while he claims conflict resolution in all religions. Plantinga's view is also inconsistent with external realities. As a result, he has not offered a new and different way of resolving the conflict between science and religion than other thinkers in this field. Manuscript profile

One of the important tools that can be used to convey concepts and content more accurately and quickly to people's minds is the use of proverbs, similes, allegories and so on. The Holy Quran has used tools such as using examples and allegorical similes in order to express guiding messages in a rhetorical and conceptual format. There are about 500 verses in the Holy Quran that have similes, allegories, allusions, metaphors and allegorical similes. This article intends to study and analyze the allegorical similes of the Holy Quran in the category of hypocrites and hypocrisy by adopting a descriptive-analytical method, after explaining the concept of allegorical simile and its Quranic function. What is certain is that from the beginning of the creation of Adam (pbuh) there has been a struggle between right and wrong to prove monotheism, vicariousness and denial of polytheism and apostasy, and there will be resurrection because one of the basic principles of the right is to fight against infidelity, polytheism and falsehood, and many verses in the Qur'an have been revealed in this regard. For this purpose, God has used an allegorical analogy in the Qur'an to associate this issue with human minds as much as possible. We have also included verses in this regard in this chapter of this treatise. Also, in the Qur'an, many verses have been mentioned about the condemnation of the disbelievers and the polytheists and what they worship, and he has given allegories, and even a complete surah called Al-Kafirun surah has been revealed and the Qur'an has given many allegories and similes for them. Although it has been expressed in discussions with various allegories, we have given an example of it here and followed by commentaries by commentators. Manuscript profile

This declaration ignores the main basis of human rights, which are emphasized in Islam, that is, the uniqueness of God, which is ignored and limited to human intellects in it, and the centrality of man in compiling this declaration is one of the main challenges that the new Western world has created for the Islamic world. The present study has been written with a critical and comparative expression, in a descriptive-analytical method with a library approach. The results of analytical arguments show that human rights from the perspective of Islam are part of the school of Islam, divine laws and faith of the heart that recognizes and binds on human rights. But the focus of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is on human reason and the denial of any ethnic, religious or cultural domination of man. Therefore, in religious thinking, human rights are more thoughtful and guarantee more implementation. There are many similarities and differences between the International Charter of Human Rights and the Declaration of Human Rights from the perspective of Islam. However, due to differences in the philosophical and ideological foundations of many of the basic principles of the two charters, these concepts cannot be absolutely accepted by Islam in the same way as stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Understanding the nature of light is one of the important issues that mystics, according to their inner and intuitive perceptions, have expressed the truths of the deep ocean of this concept. The purpose of this article is to study the views of Imam Khomeini, a prominent contemporary mystic, on the nature of light, which has been done by descriptive-analytical method in his works and texts. Examining the nature of light from the perspective of a person who has attained the position of guardianship is effective for spiritual growth. Imam Khomeini considers light to be the source of existence, which is the light of light and true light, and calls all other lights the manifestation of divine and transcendental light. In addition to referring to external and internal light, he has divided light into two specific and general parts. According to him, all levels of existence and degrees of knowledge are part of the evolution of light. Finally, in explaining the nature of light, he deals with the collective oneness and the truth of Muhammad and the name of God Almighty and the perfect man and the guardianship, and expresses the truth of light beautifully. 22 - Explanation of the truth of the straight path from the mystical perspective of Imam Khomeini (RA)

The straight path is one of the most important topics mentioned in the Holy Quran and the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). Imam Khomeini (RA) also spoke about it both in the language of the masses and mystically in his statements and writings. They consider human happiness to be in a straight path and to move and grow in this sublime path. In this descriptive-analytical research, "the truth of the direct path from the mystical perspective of Imam Khomeini (RA)" has been explained. The importance of the real and royal meaning and the mystical behavior of the Imam showed the scientific research about the truth of Sarat to be necessary and necessary. Because until that royal truth is not revealed, it is not possible to go to its examples, and also the lack of understanding of the truth of the path will lead to the multiplicity of paths. Truths are like stomachs, speaking about one truth is not a denial of another truth. If the truth of the path is Tawheed and Wilayat, these two things are not separate from each other, and if the path is drawn in the world, it is actually the correct path of Tawheed and accepting Wilayat. In the words of Imam Khomeini (RA), the direct path of legislation, which is the continuation of the path of development, starts from the realm of the tangible world and is stretched until the meeting with God, which is the final destination, and when the veils are removed in the world of the hereafter, this path is a tangible bridge. It will be seen on hell. In fact, the hereafter path is the embodiment of the worldly path. In Arghani's view, Imam Khomeini's Inna Allah wa Inna Ilyeh Rajjoon and Asfar Arba'ah actually refer to the straight path. In this spiritual journey, people reach the truth of the path with the help of the guides of the straight path. Manuscript profile

In this research, he investigated the jurisprudence of Shariat, Tariqat, Truth and Sama in the Sufi school from the perspective of Imamiyya jurists. In fact, this research is about one of the basic issues of Islamic mysticism and Sufism, that is, Sharia, Tariqat, Truth and Sama. Sharia is considered to be orders and commands sent by the Lord to guide the servants. Tariqat has also been defined by the special way and method of the seekers, which includes conditions and officials, and the mystics consider the truth to be the last abode of guidance, which is difficult to describe. Most of the mystics consider this stage with astonishment. In this research, we seek to understand the nature and relevance of the jurisprudential examination of Sharia, Tariqat, Truth and Sama in the school of mystics and Sufis from the perspective of Imamiyya jurists. The words Shariat, Tariqat, Truth and Sama have a long history in Islamic mysticism and Sufism. But the important point here is that the mystics of different schools expressed different opinions in this regard. Some of them consider the sharia necessary only in the initial stages of conduct and consider a mystic who reaches the truth as not needing to follow the rites of the sharia, but some believe that performing the outward affairs of the sharia is never a burden on a person, even if the mystic reaches the stage of truth. has arrived. The glorious Quran has been revealed by God and has got the present form after passing some stages in the journey of revelation. The Quran uses different terms to refer to the origin of this descending journey, such as the Guarded Tablet, the Manifest Book, the Mother of Book, and the Manifest Imam. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the Quranic verses and the views of religious scholars, the present paper examines these terms. All these terms indicate a single truth which is the first creature of God and treasure of God's knowledge, in which the forms and destination of all creatures are preserved and no single atom in the universe is out of God's knowledge. The relationship between the Quran and this truth is the same as the relationship between a simple thing and a complex thing, and between a detailed thing and a general, ambiguous thing. The root of the Quran is fused simply in the Mother of Book and the Guarded Tablet, which is in detailed form in the descending journey. This descent is not in a separated and distant form; rather, it is manifested. The truth of the Guarded Tablet and the Mother of Book cannot be revealed to natural world, and the Prophet intuits it in ascending arc. The detailed and semi form of this truth can be revealed, which is revealed to the Prophet over time. Manuscript profile
