Investigating the impact of society on jurisprudence and the impact of jurisprudence on society is important. Methodology and hermeneutics Exposure to jurisprudence with the text in the book and tradition is one of the most important factors in the differences of opinion and inference and consequently the belief in traditional or social jurisprudence, since different jurisprudential schools with different approaches have emerged. Imam Khomeini, as a jurisprudent, revived the text by emphasizing on the demands of time and place, and interfered with outside factors in understanding the text, and in many cases did not regard the text as meaningful. Since the text is susceptible to different understandings due to its external factors, they believed that the new meaning was born from the inside of the context and out of context based on the influence of time and place. The Imam not only did not accept the text's independence from its source, but also did not consider the text to be independent of the jurisprudence and its external factors. The method of the jurisprudents of Imamiyyah, especially Imam Khomeini, for filling the gap between the world and the outside world, has been the method of ijtihadic operations with a view to changing the issues and the role of time and place; and they specified the duty of Obliged in sentences that cannot be understood by the aid of principles. Imam Khomeini's hermeneutic views as a mujtahid and jurist who created enormous intellectual revolutions in jurisprudence with a different methodology make the role of modeling the methodology of the jurisprudence of the Imamiyyah more apparent to the entire world's knowledge. The Imam founded the dynamic jurisprudence school, relying on Jawaheri jurisprudence and it forms the basis of religious rule that is unique in the world. This descriptive-analytical study was carried out along with documentary and library data collection. In order to express the hermeneutical methodology of Imamiyyah jurisprudence, the extent and criterion of the attention of jurists, especially Imam Khomeini, to the social issues and the interplay of the jurisprudence and society are examined. Divine law is a forgotten topic that has no place in theological research, especially in studies of Corona virus and the post- Corona world. The present article has tried to answer this question by referring to religious texts and using the library method in collecting information and descriptive-analytical method in inferring the view and ijtihad method in the functions and results and using divine laws, what is the role of Imam Zaman against Corona virus? On the one hand, the world is governed according to the causal system, which is inseparable, and on the other hand, the Imam is in the series of ultimate and actual causes of the world. The role of general and specific blessing of Imam Zaman should also be seen in a network of divine traditions; That is, the Imam plays a role in this system. According to the same system, in repelling or eliminating calamity, material causes must be used first; However, the function of material objects in repelling or eliminating the cause of spiritual calamity is not permanent and comprehensive; Secondly; The influence of spiritual factors is realized in the form of conditional and absolute law, in the former of which the existence of a condition and in the latter of the existence of expediency are central, and the role of His Holiness must be seen in this form.
The concept of space and time are intertwined as dimensions of the natural world, the study of each is dependent on the study of the other in order to obtain a better and greater understanding of both. For a better and more complete explanation of the discussion of space and time, we need a discussion of movement, and of course this relationship is two-way, and it is not possible to talk about movement without discussing the discussion of space and time. The aspects of the prism of space, time and motion are invalid without explaining the other two clauses. The purpose of this research is to compare the views of Mulla Sadra essential movement and Einstein's theory of relativity in terms of force, action and event (time-space) and the research is descriptive. It is analytical. The method of collecting information is a library, which has been done by referring to the relevant libraries, extracting files from Mulla Sadra works, articles and other written works on the topic of research. The findings indicated that Sadr al-Mutalahin believed that the essence of things is in motion, and if the essence of things was not in motion, there would be no movement in their symptoms. Because the existence of substance and width outside of our imagination is one and the movement of modernity is existence. There are two types of existence: fixed existence and fluid existence, the existence of the natural world is fluid and modern, which gradually comes into existence and disappears, and at the same time, its unity and personality are preserved. "Einstein" also considers time as the amount of movement and generalizes movement in all universes. And that's why he considers time and space together and to measure anything, he considers time as a fourth dimension.
Manuscript profile
