On the one hand all religions claim salvation of their followers and on the other hand there is in all of them more or less scripture and holy person. an important question that arises here This is: which played a major role in salvation of followers? Another question in this context that: is there any difference between divine religions and non divine religions? Religion can be divided,, Considering the role that the "scripture" or "saint" have in human salvation,, to "person-centered religions" and "Text-based religions". Religions "pantheism" Since not believe in God distinguished and distinct from the world, belief of divine connection with the temporal, through the divine message, is not significant. This Religions based on their funder and and knows him duct Allah. In this respect called them "person-centered. But the revealed religions believe in God distinguished and distinct from world and the other side believes the relationship between the temporal world with the divine through the divine revelation. But they all have not same interpretation of Revelation. These religions can be divided to"person-centered" and "Text-based" according to their interpretation of divine revelation. Islam believe that God's revelation is in the category of message and promise. The center of gravity revelation in Islam, is Qur'an, and in Christianity, is Christ. That's why can called Christianity ,,from a different direction with "pantheism",,a religion "person-centered". There is emphasizing on saint in some Islamic groups such as Shi'ism and Sufism, but substantly the nature of this emphasis, is different with Christianity. So it should be said on the one hand "person-centered" in religions pantheistic is different with "person-centered" in Christianity, and on the other hand "person-centered" in Christianity is different with "person-centered" in Shi'ism and Sufism Manuscript profile

Religious Pluralism is one of the concepts concerning philosophy of religion. It gives attention to subject of salvation and peaceful life among followers of different religions which is significance by many thinkers and it includes different viewpoints and recitals. Present study will look over answers of these questions on the basis of Masnavi. So, in this study , meantime of definition of religious pluralism and presentation of its viewpoints , there will be come opinions of pluralists concerning legitimacy of pre-said religious and reflecies of these opinions in thoughts of Molavi. The discussion of the principles of religion or the articles of faith is one of the most important discussions among Muslim thinkers. This important concept of the principles of religion or the articles of faith has its own history among Muslims. The concept of the five articles of faith in Islam is not extant in Quran or in Hadith but has entered the works of Muslim theologians especially by the works of Mutazilites. In its early stages in the history, the concept of principles of the religion or the articles of faith was used in a general way and referred to the whole theological beliefs but later its usage has narrowed and just referred to some special theological creeds. In this period usually five items were referred to as the five principles of religion. Different theological traditions have their own principles of religion in the way that sometimes seven and even fifteen items were referred to as the principles of religion. Unlike the rationalist Mutazilites, there is no such a concept among Ash'arites or Maturidites. In this article we will survey the history of the changes the concept of the articles of faith experienced in Sunni Kalam tradition Manuscript profile

Civil liability from nuisance in property laws is one of the major areas in civil liability. People may cause nuisance or inflict harms to the latter through exercising their rights of occupation in properties. This subject matter is the area at which property rights and civil liability converge. On the one hand, the proprietor reserves an unlimited right of occupation in his/her property (Article 30 of the Civil Law). On the other hand, the right to property is restricted to this natural and legal right that the latter's property receives no damage (Article 132 of the Civil Law, and Principle 40 of the Islamic Code). The Civil Law does not have an explicit decree as to the civil liability of the proprietor and has not enumerated its provisions or elements either. Therefore, by comparative study of the subject, and via the analytical-descriptive method, it was concluded that the extra occupation of the reasonable would have the result of civil liability, if it would create nuisance in the property law and damage to the neighbor, whether it is intended or unintended for the proprietor. The absoluteness of the right, reasonableness of the act and satisfaction of needs shall not remove liability. However, the rule of "Prohibition of Detriment" governs the relations arising from vicinity and neighborhood, and the occupation by the occupier is customarily endurable by the vicinity law. One of the most important meanings in the phrase “the meaning of life" believed by Abrahamid's religions is that the meaning of life is equivalent to the very purpose of life. The next question is that whether humans generate the meaning in their lives? Or the meaning exists per se and should be discovered by human? In the first case, the meaning of life becomes a fake matter and in the other case it becomes a real one. The divine religions, with the most decisive responses, are the best means to save humans from uncertainty and vanity in life. In the present study, the chosen viewpoint is that life becomes meaningful by the recognition of God and being connected to him. When the meaning becomes clear, then it would be the time for selecting the manner and type of behaviors and objectives in life. There is a strong connection between the meaning and the style of life. In this regard, some of the intellectuals’ opinions and viewpoints have been provided here. Manuscript profile

This research has been done with the aim of examining and analyzing Alvin Plantinga's perspective in the field of science and religion and resolving the alleged conflict between them by the method of library research and descriptive and content analysis. The importance of the relationship between science and religion has led to the entry of many scientists in this field, including "Alvin Carl Plantinga". Research findings show that the most important claims in the conflict between science and religion in the field of human creation, life Earth and Darwin's theory of evolution happened. According to Plantinga, these conflicts are not real and are a level that does not show a contradiction between them with a deeper look. This kind of thinking is also seen in some Muslim thinkers. Plantinga does not provide evidence from the Bible to resolve conflict, and his focus is on faith, believers, and theism. In some cases, his views on conflict resolution are inconsistent with Islamic texts, while he claims conflict resolution in all religions. Plantinga's view is also inconsistent with external realities. As a result, he has not offered a new and different way of resolving the conflict between science and religion than other thinkers in this field. Manuscript profile

Therefore, in Islamic societies, especially the Islamic society of Iran, we must use new issues such as: the necessity and realm of religion and science, secularism, religious pluralism and religion and human rights from the perspective of modern theology to preserve the foundations of belief and religious values. The acquisition of appropriate and normally continuous methods in academic and research centers was examined. The results of this study show that education based on human nature and the basis of religious rules and teachings guarantees different types of posterior identities and in the face of the challenges of globalization, it is necessary to rely on the application of modern theology.
