Sheikh Ahmad Ahsaei could be considered as one of the prolific authors who had a special school of thought. Many debates on his beliefs and ideas is still on desk and some are extremist and others deal with him leniency. Sheikh Ahmad's eminent characteristics is his diversity and variety of works. The main objection of his contemporary scholars to him was the contradiction of his thoughts to the Kitāb and Sunna and the religious incontrovertible belief, which returns to his methodology of study. Although Sheikh Ahmad introduced Qur'an and Hadith as the criteria of evaluation of Islamic belief and even his own ideas, he did not refuse to exert philosophical and mystical phrase and in many cases tried to reconcile the Qur'anic thoughts with them. In fact, he interpreted the religious facts with the human sciences such as astronomy and philosophical naturalism. He unintentionally was impressed by various human science and explained the Divine beliefs by them, which in turn was condemned by himself. It could be traced the influence of Suhriwardī's Ishrāq philosophy, Mānī beliefs, Isma'ilite esotericism, and Tasawwuf (Islamic mysticism) in his works. Hadith criticism and the sciences related to it have always been sources of different thoughts and opinions. One of the influential scholars in the field of Hadith in the contemporary age is Rashid Reza. Having a general belief in religious narratives and sayings, he provided us with criticism that goes beyond the well-known Moslem experts' criticisms of Hadith (religious leaders' sayings). Lack of Hadith scribing in the early centuries after Prophet Mohammad, spread of paraphrases for religious sayings, devising sayings (which are not quoted from the Prophet and Imams) and emphasis on textual criticism to distinguish true narratives from untrue, are some of the topics worthy of attention in his thought. Many scholars might consider Rashid Reza a Salafi scientist and one of those who belong to the Al-Quranioon. This is true but his view of the Hadith can be a taken as a balance between the Al-Quranioon's perspective and the dominant popular viewpoint towards Hadith. This article attempts at investigating Rashid Reza's principles and opinions in Hadith criticism in addition to showing the origins and intellectual and social causes of such ideas. Among the topics of theology, the methodological discussions of this knowledge, like other sciences, are very important. However, the gap in the methodological issues of theologians in the field of verbal inferences is considerable. In the opinion of the author, it is noteworthy that many literary topics such as status, usage, signification, truth and permissibility, verbal principles, as well as the topics of "general and specific" concepts, "absolute and limited", "concise and explanatory" Can be used in the discussion of theology methodology. However, among the mentioned topics, in this article, due to the brevity and capacity of this article, we have tried only to explain the extent and manner of Allameh Tabatabai in his theological inferences from the rule of situation and "concise and explanatory" about divine attributes and actions. We examine the analytical method and recount its results. Manuscript profile

Dr. Soroush is one of the theorists of the contemporary period who has raised several problems from the impossibility and contradiction of jurisprudential management to the pests of the operation of such management. He states that the main goal of religion is the Hereafter and accordingly does not consider religion to have a plan for the affairs of the world, especially the government and the general management of society. Of course, jurisprudence as a part of religion has social rules related to the world, but Dr. Soroush, stating that firstly the work of jurisprudence is only to express the ruling and not planning and management and secondly the rules of minority jurisprudence are limited to eliminating hostilities and worship. , Does not consider this part of religion, like the whole religion, to be useful for managing worldly affairs. On the other hand, he considers this worldliness to be one of the shortcomings of jurisprudence in the management of the religious community and does not necessarily consider the government and the jurisprudential community to be religious and moral. He has concluded from the worldliness, the purpose of the transcendence and minority of jurisprudence, the transcendence and continuity of jurisprudence, then they consider the permanent knowledge of jurisprudence due to being based on secret materials as another plague of jurisprudential rule in addition to the principle The fact that jurisprudence is based on secret materials also causes the inefficiency of jurisprudence in society. He also considers the central task of jurisprudence to be contrary to human rights and does not consider the task-oriented jurisprudential government to be democratic. The present research, due to the necessity of answering such doubts and problems, explains and criticizes their opinions in a rational and philosophical way. Manuscript profile

The intellectual trend of "separatism" (Tafkik) which is chronologically divided into predecessor and successor periods, while negating the philosophical intellect in comprehending the Qur'an, acknowledges merely an interpretation based upon the correct tradition. The contemporaries of this trend take a more balanced approach compared to their predecessors, and with a specific definition of intellect, they assume functions for it in interpretation. The present article, using the documentary method for data collection and a critical approach, evaluates the fundamentals and interpretive method of separatism with a focus on instances of their work, and seeks to prove the hypothesis that despite such merits as special attention to the divine understanding of the Qur'an or the use of the analytical intellect, contemporary separatists’ foundation and interpretive method suffer from drawbacks and disadvantages. The most significant critiques are to diminish the deep Qur'anic teachings to comparative and apparent signification, to regard personal perceptions as proof, and to pose obstacles to the extension of knowledge by some verses. While this trend accuses its opponents of imposing human findings on the interpretation of the Qur'an, it considers its own understanding of the Qur'an, with its separative presuppositions in interpretive method and foundation, to be the very meaning perceived by the innate intellect, without presenting a precise system of the epistemological approach and the requirements of its system of thought. This reduces the scientific weight of this trend and puts it in a lower position than other interpretive approaches. Manuscript profile

The issue of determinism and free will is one of the most complex points of theology in the religion of Islam. According to the diverse interpretations of different theological sects and intellectual and religious schools, including mystics, from the verses of the Holy Quran and the hadiths of the Prophet; it has been followed different and sometimes contradictory interpretations; to the extent that each of the intellectual societies, including the Ash'arites and Mu’tazilites, have been in constant search to prove their beliefs according to their own intellectual and ideological basis. Meanwhile, Muslim mystics, including Maulana Jalaluddin, due to his great work, Masnavi, mentions one of the strong and convincing reasons in order to prove free will and human will that the use the rational method of the thought power is in absorbing desires and seeking phenomena which is referred to as "common value". By the rational methodology, Rumi seeks to prove the subject of free will and the negation of determinism, and in the light of human free will, he proves the power of thought. The findings of this research, which has been done in a descriptive-analytical manner and based on library and documentary studies, show that the power of thought in human has been considered as a force to prove the power of free will in Rumi's theology.
