Hadith criticism and the sciences related to it have always been sources of different thoughts and opinions. One of the influential scholars in the field of Hadith in the contemporary age is Rashid Reza. Having a general belief in religious narratives and sayings, he provided us with criticism that goes beyond the well-known Moslem experts' criticisms of Hadith (religious leaders' sayings). Lack of Hadith scribing in the early centuries after Prophet Mohammad, spread of paraphrases for religious sayings, devising sayings (which are not quoted from the Prophet and Imams) and emphasis on textual criticism to distinguish true narratives from untrue, are some of the topics worthy of attention in his thought. Many scholars might consider Rashid Reza a Salafi scientist and one of those who belong to the Al-Quranioon. This is true but his view of the Hadith can be a taken as a balance between the Al-Quranioon's perspective and the dominant popular viewpoint towards Hadith. This article attempts at investigating Rashid Reza's principles and opinions in Hadith criticism in addition to showing the origins and intellectual and social causes of such ideas. In the Holy Quran, there are some words that have been expressed by various commentators on the history of Islam, including the word "Arabah." Therefore, in this scientific research, it is attempted, in the meanwhile, The views of the commentators have also been analyzed and through this, accurate knowledge of this subject can be found. A comprehensive review of the meanings of "Araf" comes from which the subsistence of all of them is aristocracy, degree of elevation and exaltation. "Arabah" is in fact the upper parts of the veil that holds out between hell and paradise, so that the Arabs are there, both the inmates and the paradises. These "Rejal A'rafs" are in the position that the characteristics which are in the image of the individual of the Hazir is based on all the concessions of the soul and their actions, and even see the people of hell and heaven after going to hell and heaven. And this official is undoubtedly an honorable dignity for them, not those who have such qualities, and not from paradise, but this is the spiritual status that these divine choices enjoy, and the hands of others are short of these great officials. In this article, we intend to examine the discourse of the Imams (as) on the issue of taqiyya, relying on John Searle's theory of speech action, which is within the domain of discourse analysis. Taqiyya is a Shi'a theological-jurisprudential doctrine and a historical approach to preserving the existence of a minority against the majority. One of the Imam's (AS) campaigns in the Umayyad and Abbasid era is the method of 'taqiyyah'. According to the requirements of time and place, the Imams used taqiyyah to fight the enemy and advance the cause. John Searle has explored the relationship between language and society from a philosophical perspective. Searle's theory of spoken action has different functions, and one must pay attention to their secondary meaning in understanding fragments. This descriptive-analytical study seeks to answer the question of how the Imams (as) used discourses with their secondary meanings and more than what actions. Have they spoken a word? Examination of the research data shows that according to the theory of "verbal verbs", Sir Imam (AS) has used expressions that have a secondary meaning in mind and that the spoken, emotional speech acts have been used to further their goals. And persuasion was most used, while not benefiting from declarative and accrual action. Manuscript profile

Abdulrahman Hanbakah Meidani is a Suni Quran commentator who has interpreted Quranic Surahs in accordance with their order of revelation in his work entitled “Maarej Al-Tafakor va Daghyegh Al-Tadabor”. Researchers conducted on the above book show some discussions addressing the issue of the order of revelation in his interpretations methods. The current paper analyzes the examples following the introduction to the foundations and methods. The discussion seeks to explain the accuracy and validity of this method of interpretation. In addition, the current paper is new in addressing the issue of field study methods and foundation based on the order of revelation applied in the book Maarej Al-Tafakor va Daghyegh Al-Tadabor. Having analyzed the foundation of interpretation it was concluded that in most instances better understanding would be achieved in the absence of attention to the order of revelation in the foundations and methods of the order of revelation and taking into account the order of revelation (Tanzil) is not much required.
