Abdulrahman Hanbakah Meidani is a Suni Quran commentator who has interpreted Quranic Surahs in accordance with their order of revelation in his work entitled “Maarej Al-Tafakor va Daghyegh Al-Tadabor”. Researchers conducted on the above book show some discussions addressing the issue of the order of revelation in his interpretations methods. The current paper analyzes the examples following the introduction to the foundations and methods. The discussion seeks to explain the accuracy and validity of this method of interpretation. In addition, the current paper is new in addressing the issue of field study methods and foundation based on the order of revelation applied in the book Maarej Al-Tafakor va Daghyegh Al-Tadabor. Having analyzed the foundation of interpretation it was concluded that in most instances better understanding would be achieved in the absence of attention to the order of revelation in the foundations and methods of the order of revelation and taking into account the order of revelation (Tanzil) is not much required.

An aspect of the Quranic miracle is its prophecies and prognostications. This article scrutinizes al-Sayyid al-Murtaḍā’s account in al-Mūḍīḥ ʿan jaha iʿjāz al-Qurʾān al-karīm (The clarification of the dimension of the noble Quran’s miracle), as well as other opponents or proponents of different aspects of Quranic prophecies. It is ultimately concluded that each of Quranic prophecies—including its prognostications of future events, as well as its revelation of present and past events, and its revelation of what is harbored in people’s hears—is an aspect of the Quranic miracle, and hence, they serve as unchallengeable evidence for Muḥammad’s prophethood.

And is it possible to get to the layers of meanings of the verses by only relying on the apparent meanings and provide a suitable translation to the audience of the Qur'an that can meet the needs of contemporary people in line with the global mission of the Qur'an? In this article, using the analytical-descriptive method, and using the most reliable sources of the translation of the Qur'an into ancient Persian, this issue has been investigated and explained based on the theory of semantic hermeneutics. The analyzes show that although the previous commentators and translators have used important and different methods in translating the Word of Revelation; But what has made the rank and position of these works great and has played an effective role in conveying the message and concepts of the verses, is their attention to multi-meaning perceptions - semantic hermeneutics - in the translation of Quranic words and terms; An issue that challenges the theory of the literalness of Quran translations in the first ten centuries after the Age of Revelation; But it has been neglected by scholars and Quranic thinkers.
