The Science of the theology, which is responsible for explaining religious doctrines and answers to doubts, Various views have been presented on the one or more methods of theology of theology from different theological religions, For example, the Ahl al-Hadith selected the narrative method and the Mu'tazilites chose the rational method. But referring to the Qur'an shows that to explain religious teachings, we must use different methods. The author in this article will show that must use the science of the theology of all possible methods, example: narrative iIcludes Quran and Traditions, rational includes reason and even definitive philosophical principles, experimental and sensory, intuitive. This claim is in contradiction to the claims of some who regard the science of the theology as certain metaphors as quoted and experimental Manuscript profile

reverence of excessive ignorance means that a truth is hidden and a person remain in his/her ignorance or means that mentioning against truth. This sometimes is lawful and correct including mentioning something against truth and sometimes is illegal like as considering the miracle for false prophet which is impossible for God ; because this is considered as cruelty and breach. The rule of enormity of reverence of excessive ignorance is one of the most important ones. research and study in the domain of this rule will show that mentioned rule is used to prove issues like as incumbency of benefice to God , the necessity of duty for human , the necessity of sending prophet , the necessity of appointing Imam , certainty of chastity of prophet and imam , the indication of miracle on the honesty of prophet. This study has been carried out by library and report- analytic methods and has investigated the different uses of this rule in scholastic theology and has determined that this rule is used in important issues of theology. At the final section of the study , the most important reasons of enormity of reverence of excessive ignorance to God like as the rule of congruity of cause and effect , the rule of rational enormity and virtue and the impossibility of ignoring intention have been studied Manuscript profile

The subject of public welfare and public works are important issues among Muslim philosophers such as Shi'a and Sunni. On the one hand, this issue, similar to some other issues in governmental jurisprudence, has partly been influenced by verbal differences between Sunnis and Shi'as. Accordingly, the Sunni people had paid more attention to the public aspect of public affairs due to the acceptance of caliphate sovereignty, but Shiite jurisprudents had often considered most non-governmental aspects of public affairs. The proper unity and appropriate consensus between the jurists (in their foundations and approaches to the public welfare and public works) in the expansion and limitation of the extent of the implementation of these divine commandments are not observed (although there is a consensus in the sense of affairs). This discrepancy indicates that each of them has different foundations and approaches compared to public welfare. According to the above descriptions, there are two theories and views on the excerpts of the public works. The first view is that the domain of this institution is limited to the guardianship of the estate of the orphans, insane people, and bankrupt orphans. The second view does not limit the scope of public works to specific issues and has a wider perspective than the first view, which also includes social, economic, political, and cultural issues. Even though the public works are one of the vague issues in legal affairs, legislators have not considered a comprehensive definition of it and have not provided an effective criterion for identifying it. Therefore, the main objective of this research is the comparative study of public works for the jurisprudence of Shia and Sunni jurisprudence' views by the codified statue. Also, the findings of this research show that the scope of public works in the Sunni jurisprudence is limited to the issue of Enjoining good and forbidding wrong, but for the Shiite jurisprudents, it covers everything that leads to the disorder in a social system and the fault in society. Thus, the concept of public works is beyond enjoining good and forbidding wrong. Manuscript profile

5 - Emanation of sensory perception and its certainty: inquiry of the influence of the Stoics on Mulla Sadra

In this research, Mulla Sadra's theory about the union of sensory and senses in sensory perception was examined based on the issue of the emanation of sensory perception and its certainty. The importance of the issue is in the sense that Mulla Sadra was influenced by the Stoic theory in relation to this issue, and he himself clarified this issue.. Mulla Sadra's theory about sensory knowledge is the actualization of the forms of sensations for the soul and its realization in the sensory world. This kind of approach to knowledge as an ontological form that considers the relationship between the senses and the sensory perceptions as a kind of evolutionary relationship is different from the peripatetic theory. In Peripatetic theory, the forms of sensations in the soul are a prelude to rational knowledge through the abstraction of these forms. According to Mulla Sadra, the soul is active in the level of sense because it is the issuer of forms of sensations instead of being passive and therefore knowledge at this stage is also scientific and certain. Mulla Sadra has stated that, many thinkers before him had believed this promise. Accordingly, in this research Mulla Sadra's theory of sensory knowledge has been matched with the theory of epistemological impression of the early Stoics. In the theory of epistemological impression, the early Stoics consider sensory perception as the face for the matter of the soul on which it is engraved. The early Stoics consider the certainty of an epistemological impression to be synonymous with the soul and use it for the excellence of wisdom and morality in individuals. The results of the research show that Mulla Sadra and the early Stoics paid attention to the homogeneity of the senses and the activity of the soul in sensory perception to obtain sensory certainty. The method of conducting the research is content analysis and innovation of research is the possibility of dialogue between Mulla Sadra's views and early Stoic philosophy in the field of epistemology. The discussion of the miracle of the Qur'an is one of the most important concerns of Qur'anic scholars, and while publishing many works, many horizons of it remain unknown. The present article is entitled Examples of Numerical Miracles of the Qur'an, which refers to the research in the last century based on modern sciences such as mathematics and computer, which aims to achieve a general conclusion on the accuracy of this theory. The method of collecting research is descriptive-analytical and library, which has been compiled using specialized books and journals of Quranic sciences and software. Numerical miracle is an amazing subject that is not limited to a specific number with many problems, because each person or group, depending on their interest, can criterion the desired number and achieve results. There are many criticisms such as the use of the current calligraphy of the Qur'an, human ability to numerical inconsistency, and so on. The result of the research is that it is clearly visible in the results of the scattering of votes, so the application of miracles to this theory is not correct and it can be considered as a surprise in proportion of numbers, not as one of the inviolable aspects for which convincing reasons are presented. Since its development by Darwin, the theory of evolution has always been debated for its harmony or incompatibility with the scriptures, especially in terms of its inclusion of human creation. The story of Adam's creation in religious books, including the Qur'an, made it possible for religious scholars to take different positions on this theory. This article examines the views of two contemporary Iranian thinkers, Mohammad Hussein Tabatabai and Yadollah Sahabi, on the relation between the theory of evolution and the Qur'an's account of human creation. Sahabi accepts this theory and takes it compatible with the Qur’an and Tabatabai maintains that if it were totally confirmed, it does not contradict the verses of the Qur'an. It seems that the reason for their positions was their attention to some (and not all) dimensions of this theory that do not contradict the definitive religious doctrines. Manuscript profile

The present study seeks to explain the effective theological structures in the Ashura movement. Since the uprising of Ashura has always been accompanied by a mixture of love and affection, philosophical and intellectual categories have found less opportunity to enter its field. Therefore, the need for such researches occurs and places the Ashura movement in different fields. This research tries to prove the hypothesis that all the actions and omissions of Imam Hussein (AS) had a rational and theological basis by using descriptive, analytical methods and collecting library information and taking fish by studying related sources as well as using various verbal and historical software and internet search. The result of his research is the fact that theology, due to its strong intellectual structure, fully supports the foundation of the movement and even the culture of Ashura. Because on the one hand, by using reason and reasoning, it proves the doctrinal principles of Islam, which Imam Hussein (AS) embodies, and on the other hand, it opens the way for scientific, intellectual and philosophical debates about the thought of Ashura. The issue of "prophecy" has long been the focus of philosophers' discussions. This research uses a library method to analyze the truth of prophecy between two philosophers, one from the Islamic school and the other from the Jewish Sharia. From the point of view of both philosophers, man was created to achieve true perfection and happiness, and the only way to reach true and lasting happiness is through the existence and guidance of the Prophet, and following the Prophet's instructions will make them reach It becomes perfection and happiness. In this research, firstly, we independently stated the views of both philosophers in relation to prophecy, and at the end of the research, we determined that their views are the same in relation to the truth, necessity, attributes, levels of prophets, duties and prophetic revelation. However, in the parts related to distinguishing a prophet from a non-prophet, divine law from non-divine, the best of prophets, and the ways of receiving revelation, their views differ from each other. The principle of intrinsic and rational beauty and ugliness is considered one of the key theological rules in the two fields of "ontology" and "epistemology". However, the exact explanation of these two rules in both the above fields has been met with ambiguities by theologians and philosophers. In this article, the author, using a rational method and analyzing seven theories of the principle of inherent beauty and ugliness, while evaluating the first six theories, presented a new explanation and interpretation of the theory of inherent beauty and ugliness and called it "formative and expedient beauty and ugliness and the involvement of interests." In the abstraction of beauty and ugliness" he delivered and proved it. Also, at the end of the article, the question of the conflict between the theory of theologians and philosophers is examined and criticized, and the conclusion is that the famous readings of Imami theologians and philosophers are aligned. Based on the notions of Gilles Deleuze, the researcher studied the expression of hidden aspects of objects through painting. By tracing the development of art from the prehistoric era to the postmodern era, using a method based on color orientation and how it affects sensation, going beyond figuration, which includes intersections and pauses, beyond studies focused on form and content, color and color sensation of the paintings can be investigated as an essence of the interaction of the forces affecting the concepts concealed on the canvas. The investigation of surface-level conflicts of colors on canvas was set aside in favor of examining the painting process as a result of concealed thoughts and the true expression of colors, allowing for the achievement of the ideas hidden in the colors. To collect data for this qualitative research, a desk study was carried out. The purpose was to identify the qualities of modern painting that are based on color orientation and how it impacts perception, as well as to identify the mechanisms affecting color relationships on the painting canvas. In order to explore a perspective on painting, the researcher developed a framework by highlighting the key notions in Gilles Deleuze’s theories. Making the invisible visible was finally accomplished through the study of colors, the absolute significance of a visual reality that has nothing left to convey, and by accepting the shift from the cliches of visual and action paintings.
