        Although the roots of Resistance literature in Iran return to pre-Islamic era, the contemporary works are not comparable with the previous era in terms of the plurality, quality and the audience attention. The sacred defense poetry is one of the value orientated and resistance works produced in this period and afterwards. Therefore, the current paper aims at analyzing the value orientated and resistance culture in the modernist poetry of the post-sacred defense era from 1991 to 2011. Following the conceptual explanation of the research subject, the paper addresses the value orientated and resistance culture in the modernist poetry of the post-sacred defense era. This is a descriptive-analytical paper, given the thematic documents. Data was collected using library sources. The findings indicate that, firstly, the post-war conditions seem to have led the poets to combine templates and poetic themes to promote the value orientation and resistance culture. Secondly, post-war literature should be taken into account as the period of rehabilitation and flourishing of the resistance literature, which manifests itself in the documents of the sacred defense, and can be regarded as the source of inspiration and the motive of resistance and the prevalence of value orientation cultural.         The spiritual Masnavi of the eternal work of Maulana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi as a work of successful literary works of Iran and the world, is a valuable and important example in the history of world literature that by sociological analysis, from the perspective of social behavior can provide a lot of information. It was achieved from the social situation and the do's and don'ts that originate from Rumi's thought, experience and social psychology and are interpreted as the idea of social behavior. In this descriptive-analytical study, we will consider the period of the seventh century in which we will deal with social maps, norms and actions and important social categories as well as social institutions. Also, considering the important place of Rumi in literature, culture and history of Iran and his role in explaining mystical and moral teachings, examining his view and approach to social behavior through his works, especially the spiritual Masnavi, seems very necessary.         The issue of emigration is one of the most important issues that played the most fundamental role in the formation of the Islamic government at the beginning of Islam and is extremely important, which on the one hand prevents the believers from submitting to the pressure and suffocation of the polytheists, and on the other hand is the factor of issuing Islam comes to the Arabian Peninsula. The emigrants refer to those who lived in Makkah and migrated to Madinah after becoming Muslim on the orders of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), and according to this, the emigrants, with their emigration, contributed to the promotion of Islam, as well as the spread of cultures, beliefs, values, beliefs and customs. New customs played a role and in this way they suffered many hardships. For this reason, the great Prophet of Islam (pbuh) paid special attention to the emigrants, because they put their material life and possessions at the service of his call, and with their emigration, they brought the voice of Islam to the ears of the world, and the Holy Qur'an was also transmitted from them to the world. Niki has mentioned that there are verses in the Holy Qur'an describing the characteristics of the immigrants, among them the salient characteristics of the immigrants: sincerity, patience, endurance and trust in God Almighty. Therefore, in this article, the cultural characteristics of immigrants and its reflection in the Qur'an and hadiths have been discussed, and the method of this research is a library.
