By Denying and rejecting the perch of reason in the epistemological knowledge of order and domain of society and politics, some consider the “sharia” in a high worth, and the others, had consider the reason as a superior epistemological source in justifying and explaining modern thoughts. Among the muslim scholars, morteza motahari, had a continuous consideration with this epistemological concern in his works. Motahari, with reliance on text and tradition (context), has drawing a type of relationship between reason and religion that have alignment with moderate rationalism. Investigating the impact of society on jurisprudence and the impact of jurisprudence on society is important. Methodology and hermeneutics Exposure to jurisprudence with the text in the book and tradition is one of the most important factors in the differences of opinion and inference and consequently the belief in traditional or social jurisprudence, since different jurisprudential schools with different approaches have emerged. Imam Khomeini, as a jurisprudent, revived the text by emphasizing on the demands of time and place, and interfered with outside factors in understanding the text, and in many cases did not regard the text as meaningful. Since the text is susceptible to different understandings due to its external factors, they believed that the new meaning was born from the inside of the context and out of context based on the influence of time and place. The Imam not only did not accept the text's independence from its source, but also did not consider the text to be independent of the jurisprudence and its external factors. The method of the jurisprudents of Imamiyyah, especially Imam Khomeini, for filling the gap between the world and the outside world, has been the method of ijtihadic operations with a view to changing the issues and the role of time and place; and they specified the duty of Obliged in sentences that cannot be understood by the aid of principles. Imam Khomeini's hermeneutic views as a mujtahid and jurist who created enormous intellectual revolutions in jurisprudence with a different methodology make the role of modeling the methodology of the jurisprudence of the Imamiyyah more apparent to the entire world's knowledge. The Imam founded the dynamic jurisprudence school, relying on Jawaheri jurisprudence and it forms the basis of religious rule that is unique in the world. This descriptive-analytical study was carried out along with documentary and library data collection. In order to express the hermeneutical methodology of Imamiyyah jurisprudence, the extent and criterion of the attention of jurists, especially Imam Khomeini, to the social issues and the interplay of the jurisprudence and society are examined. With the expansion of specialized fields in the academic centers of the world, hermeneutics left the scope of interpretation of religious texts and entered the field of various sciences such as history, art, economics, political science and psychology, followed by education. In its old form, hermeneutics was related to religious education and in the field of checking the holy texts. And today it has entered the scope of modern education. The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating creative learning based on Heidegger's modern hermeneutics with the method of library study and document analysis along with an inferential approach. In deducing the relationship between modern hermeneutics and creative learning, it can be stated that; In order to achieve creative learning, first of all, it is necessary to approach the issue under discussion, criticize the issue in question and create, strengthen and institutionalize creative learning in him by increasing his understanding and making this understanding comprehensive and qualitative. It is necessary to carry out this process with precision and breadth of vision and in-depth observation and follow the path according to the drawn process in order to achieve the purpose and goal of creative learning. 5 - Inquiry on the semantic hermeneutics of the translation of some words of Surah Al-Imran according to the commentators of the advanced centuries

strong objections to the translation of the Qur'an after the age of revelation and its limitation and conditioning within the framework of the apparent and literal meaning on the one hand and the formation of the first translations of this holy book in the old Persian More
strong objections to the translation of the Qur'an after the age of revelation and its limitation and conditioning within the framework of the apparent and literal meaning on the one hand and the formation of the first translations of this holy book in the old Persian language on the other hand; This brought to mind the important issues that the commentators and translators of the early centuries have translated the verses of the Qur'an, especially the words and terms of Surah Al-Imran, with what bases and standards in that atmosphere of prohibition and inappropriateness of translation? And is it possible to get to the layers of meanings of the verses by only relying on the apparent meanings and provide a suitable translation to the audience of the Qur'an that can meet the needs of contemporary people in line with the global mission of the Qur'an? In this article, using the analytical-descriptive method, and using the most reliable sources of the translation of the Qur'an into ancient Persian, this issue has been investigated and explained based on the theory of semantic hermeneutics. The analyzes show that although the previous commentators and translators have used important and different methods in translating the Word of Revelation; But what has made the rank and position of these works great and has played an effective role in conveying the message and concepts of the verses, is their attention to multi-meaning perceptions - semantic hermeneutics - in the translation of Quranic words and terms; An issue that challenges the theory of the literalness of Quran translations in the first ten centuries after the Age of Revelation; But it has been neglected by scholars and Quranic thinkers.
