Hadith criticism and the sciences related to it have always been sources of different thoughts and opinions. One of the influential scholars in the field of Hadith in the contemporary age is Rashid Reza. Having a general belief in religious narratives and sayings, he provided us with criticism that goes beyond the well-known Moslem experts' criticisms of Hadith (religious leaders' sayings). Lack of Hadith scribing in the early centuries after Prophet Mohammad, spread of paraphrases for religious sayings, devising sayings (which are not quoted from the Prophet and Imams) and emphasis on textual criticism to distinguish true narratives from untrue, are some of the topics worthy of attention in his thought. Many scholars might consider Rashid Reza a Salafi scientist and one of those who belong to the Al-Quranioon. This is true but his view of the Hadith can be a taken as a balance between the Al-Quranioon's perspective and the dominant popular viewpoint towards Hadith. This article attempts at investigating Rashid Reza's principles and opinions in Hadith criticism in addition to showing the origins and intellectual and social causes of such ideas. The God has been claimed as the goal of the universe trend in verses of Holy Quran like: “Indeed your lord is retaining.” (Alaq-8) and “Surely to Allah all things return.” (Shawra-53). And obviously, a movement without any Goal, Knowledge and Recognition, will never guide human to final destination. Thus, the evolutionary Movement of human, through monotheistic pedagogy system, has to be wisely and thinkfully for the human to achieve some levels of the good life, promised in holy Quran. Surely this movement has its own especial interpretation and analysis, generated from divine worldview that defers from epistemological fundaments of secular pedagogy such as experimental positivism, revelation-free Darwinism and humanism. Present paper studied the most critical epistemological fundaments of monotheistic pedagogy (consisting possibility, resources and restraints), through a descriptive analysis procedure, based on Holy Quran verses. According to result of this study, since human has unlimited epistemic and scientific capabilities from Holy Quran point of view, thus, possibility of attaining knowledge is certain for him. Unlike western Philosophy schools, Quran has recognized various tools and resources such as senses, wisdom, intuition, revelation and inspiration for the human to attain various types of knowledge. Within the pedagogical system of this Holy book, beside the determination of knowledge restraints, establishment of a monotheistic pedagogy comprehensive system and escort of human towards a good life is depended the on consideration of all epistemological tools, regarding to their levels. The most crucial result of this discussion is certain science attainment, and deep knowledge, considering its major role in realization of right knowledge. Manuscript profile

According to instruction s of Holy Quran -as the most verified resources for recognition of glorious God-, monotheism is the principal of humans real life while blasphemy stands on the opposite point of it, is considered as the biggest cruelty and the unforgivable sin. Monotheistic ontology -by taking advantages of inspirational instruction- is a useful opponent and a substitution for positivistic, materialistic and nihilistic ontologies. These sorts of ontologies are not capable of introducing human’s pedagogy as they have diminished the fact of minor and major universes into the limitations of natural horizons and materialistic world. If the pedagogy of theist human establishes based on monotheistic ontology, human is considered as a theist living who identifies his external and internal aspects in a complete manner. The main issue with this study is to describe the elements of ontology that are related to human guide and pedagogy in order to reach the perfection and a good life, promised in Holy Quran. Through this paper, critical principals of monotheistic ontology considering “theology and cosmology” field are studied that are accounted as monotheistic pedagogy. The claims of some interpreters and ideologists of religious science and inspired scripts to confirm the properness and adaptation of descriptive and prescriptive ontological propositions with Quran instructions. Based on the results of this study, God -as the source and start point of all goodness- and the universe is the sign of truth and the situation in where the human faces the truth of God. In order to this, intrinsic need of human reveals in several stages of intrinsic, descriptive and performative monotheism. The result of this research is the true perception and understanding of a human about his position in the universe as a creator-dependent creature whose achievement to perfection and God, accelerates and sublimates, with consideration of lordship monotheism. The issue of the theological principles of the authority of absolute suspicion ‎in the Occultation is one of the practical issues with a significant role in ijtihad and inference of rulings and has been and is as a battle of opinion among the Usulis, and since this issue is the boundary between theology and the principles of jurisprudence, necessitated that the theological foundations of this issue be examined in the principles of jurisprudence in order to strengthen the authority of absolute suspicion; Therefore, the current paper aims at investigating the authority of absolute suspicion in the science of the principles of jurisprudence. The Tafkik School has different principles, principles and rules that rely on them to explain their views and opinions. In this article, an attempt has been made to explain and evaluate the principles of this view. The purpose of this study is to show the weakness of the foundations of this view. The weakness of the foundations of a view is the source of doubt in the validity of that view. By researching the library in the works of the separatists, especially Mr. Mojtaba Qazvini, the author has studied their foundations and analyzed them in the form of "epistemological and methodological" and "ontological" foundations. After explaining these principles, the author critically evaluates them. Whereas, on the one hand, one of the basic conditions for the application of "school" to an approach and attitude is the existence of correct and sound foundations, and on the other hand, segregation lacks this condition; It should be said that separation is an attitude and an intellectual view and not a school, and it is permissible to refer to a school. One of the fundamental issues in Shiite beliefs is the relationship between Imamate and Khatamiyya; according to the Shiite view, not only is there no incompatibility between Imamate and Khatamiyya, but there is also a connection. The position of Imamate is alongside the position of prophethood, and the purpose of Khatamiyya will not be fulfilled except by Imamate. However, some Sunni scholars and religious intellectuals have criticized this connection. In this study, based on reliable and scholarly documents and with the help of the principle of Khatamiyya, we try to examine, evaluate and criticize the most important doubts raised about the affairs of the Infallible Imam in Shiite theology; including the Imam's relationship with the unseen world, legislative guardianship, the authority of the word and the religious authority of the Imams. The criterion of prophecy is "receiving direct revelation from God" and "independent authority"; this is while the Shiites, on the one hand, consider their Imams to have authority based on the Prophet and through him, and on the other hand, they believe the acquisition of truths by the Imam indirectly through the legacy of the Prophet. By explaining the ambiguities and answering them, it becomes clear that the Shiite approach in interpreting the principle of Khatamiyya, which is reflected in the holy Qur'an, the Prophetic tradition and common sense, is the only approach that justifies Khatamiyya and causes the continuation of the divine mission and guardianship. 8 - A Critical Analysis of the Fundamentals and Method of Contemporary Separatists in the Interpretation of the Qur'an

The intellectual trend of "separatism" (Tafkik) which is chronologically divided into predecessor and successor periods, while negating the philosophical intellect in comprehending the Qur'an, acknowledges merely an interpretation based upon the correct tradition. The contemporaries of this trend take a more balanced approach compared to their predecessors, and with a specific definition of intellect, they assume functions for it in interpretation. The present article, using the documentary method for data collection and a critical approach, evaluates the fundamentals and interpretive method of separatism with a focus on instances of their work, and seeks to prove the hypothesis that despite such merits as special attention to the divine understanding of the Qur'an or the use of the analytical intellect, contemporary separatists’ foundation and interpretive method suffer from drawbacks and disadvantages. The most significant critiques are to diminish the deep Qur'anic teachings to comparative and apparent signification, to regard personal perceptions as proof, and to pose obstacles to the extension of knowledge by some verses. While this trend accuses its opponents of imposing human findings on the interpretation of the Qur'an, it considers its own understanding of the Qur'an, with its separative presuppositions in interpretive method and foundation, to be the very meaning perceived by the innate intellect, without presenting a precise system of the epistemological approach and the requirements of its system of thought. This reduces the scientific weight of this trend and puts it in a lower position than other interpretive approaches. Manuscript profile

In the relationship between the two sciences in the realm of principles, both sciences are interdependent. The subject of Imami theology is monotheism, prophethood and Imamate, which is the basis for the subject of Shiite mysticism, which is monotheism and guardianship. The method of research in theoretical mysticism is intuition, analysis and argument. The end of mysticism and theology is the attainment of God, which also leads to a deepening of the view of the end of theology. Epistemological topics and the necessity of knowing Hazrat Haqq are the principles of both sciences. Mystical intuitive knowledge is the basis of the occult knowledge of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and the divine prophets, and the cultivation of the mystical soul is the basis of the infallibility of the prophets and imams. The two sciences of Imami theology and Shiite mysticism, in the field of principles and foundations, should be compared comparatively to explain the points of community and differentiation, this matter has been less considered so far. Seeks to study the relationship between Imami theology and Shiite mysticism in the realm of principles and foundations, and finally came to the conclusion that in the realm of principles and foundations, both are based on verses and hadiths, both rely on the monotheistic spirit, the thematic approach of the two It is common to many things, and ... although there are differences in this area, which include an intuitive and empirical approach to mysticism as opposed to theology, the mission of these two sciences is different in guidance. Among the topics discussed in the field of responsibility are the intellectual and thought foundations raised in this field. This theory has been proposed by Imamiyyah jurists that if responsibility and commitment are given to different people, how much adherence to beliefs is involved in fulfilling commitment and responsibility. delivered They believed that when several factors jointly cause injury or damage, the responsibility for compensation is divided equally among them, regardless of the degree of fault or influence of the parties. However, the degree of involvement of belief and ideological foundations in adherence to duty and responsibility is a matter that has many ambiguities and has created many questions in this field. In the current research, the issue of commitment and responsibility has been addressed from this point of view and it has resulted in important achievements. Manuscript profile
