the fundamental issue that This study investigated is to explain the relationship between reason and revelation or reason and religion as the two sources of epistemology and ontological reference in two different intellectual school. This trend is well-known as Tafkik school. The aim of this study is to explain and analyze the never-ending conflict between intellectual knowledge and religious knowledge in these two schools by using comparative method to achieve proves for its assumptions. The findings reveal that, at first, verbal conflict along with theological approaches, historically, have not formed in the vacuum and in the world of abstraction, but also influenced by the intellectual and non-intellectual trends, political conflicts and sometimes even personal characters and... . Second, this thoughts and opinions was not restricted within the intellectual and theoretical field, and had desirable and undesirable effects, the consequences of these effects cause unfruitful conflicts, settlement or remove of this conflict are far from the obligation and ability of theologians and religious scholars. For example, in this paper we show that, perhaps, irrationality of Ghazali or reason out of followers of Tafkik school provided ground for the emergence of hard ritual that well-known as Salafism in Islamic history Manuscript profile

According to the theological arguments, guardianship and authority in its origin belongs to Allah SWT. He is the creator, the Lord, the Guardian of the whole existence. Therefor authority or guardianship of anyone else is illicit, unless the one that is permitted by Him. Having authority over others without His permission is regarded to be unacceptable, false, oppression and transgressing other people’s rights. This guardianship of Allah SWT is manifested as a divine Grace by sending of the prophets and is maintained by the infallible Imams. Since divine Grace is one of the attributes of Allah SWT and His attributes are not subject to alteration, this wise Grace is to be constant at the time of occultation as well. Here the necessity of the guardianship of the jurists as the closest people to the attributes of the infallible Imams and the most trustworthy one’s to handle the tempting position of leadership, in order to protect and continue the course of Imamate and guidance, is comprehended. This also seems to be a necessary Grace from Allah SWT. Manuscript profile

The Imamate of the Imam in society as the proof of God among the people and his presence until the end of the world, and that the earth is not a second without God's authority, is not a new issue in Islam, and especially in the Shite, it has been emphasized in the correct narratives of the infallibles (AS) in the famous books of hadith, such as the Osol Kafi and Vafi and Baharol’Anvar , and so on, and Islamic scholars have also written the valuable books in this regard. But the present paper examines this issue not through the narratives but according to the views of Allamah Tabataba’i in The interpretation of the great al-Mizan. Allameh (RA) considers the necessity of the existence of the infallible Imam and God's authority in the earth to the end of the world even until the hereafter as a necessity of the truth of Imamate from the viewpoint of the Quran. Allameh considers the eventual occurrence of such an event in the time of the infallible Imam Mahdi (AJ) and with the general government of monotheistic religion. Manuscript profile

Imamate and velayat are among the keywords of the Quran and one of the most fundamental theological discussions between Shiites and Sunnis. Shiite commentators and theologians believe that the verses of the Qur'an are proof of the Imamate of Ali (AS) and Ahl al-Bayt (AS More
Imamate and velayat are among the keywords of the Quran and one of the most fundamental theological discussions between Shiites and Sunnis. Shiite commentators and theologians believe that the verses of the Qur'an are proof of the Imamate of Ali (AS) and Ahl al-Bayt (AS), and according to the rational arguments and authentic narrations of the Prophet (PBUH), they believe that the Imamate is an appointed matter by the Almighty. And the earth will never be devoid of divine authority. The Sunni scholars have cast doubt on the Shia interpretation of these verses. Mohammed Abda and Rashid Reza (the owners of the commentary on al-Manar) have been influenced by Ibn Taymiyyah and the Wahhabi theology. Shi'ite commentators, including Ayatollah Javadi Amoli in Tasnim's commentary, have attempted to respond to these doubts and find strong evidence to prove the verses of the Imamate. Since the issue of Imamate is one of the most controversial among the Islamic doctrinal disputes, the aim of this study is to compare the views of theologians and the lesser commentators. The purpose of this study is to compare the two views and to express the disagreement between the two interpretations of Sunni and Shiite indexes. After quoting seven verses and quoting authentic narrations from the hadith assemblies of Farrqin, the views of al-Mannar (as an example of contemporary Sunni scholars) and the views of Tasnim (as an example of contemporary Shiite scholars) are outlined. This research is organized in a descriptive-analytical manner, relying on library data. Manuscript profile

The semantic approach and attention to conceptual relationships by providing systematic solutions discover new semantic levels in Qur'anic research and provide the context for understanding the meaning of vocabulary without any presupposition. The term "caliph" is one of the important Qur'anic concepts related to the "Imamate", which deals with issues in the Qur'anic reading of this term in Islamic theology. Therefore, the exact explanation of this term and the discovery of how it is related to the position of Imamate is necessary. Therefore, the present article uses a descriptive analytical method to understand the meaningful elements of the "caliph" and its adaptation to the position of "Imamate". The analysis of the verses including the term "caliph" and its derivatives based on the conjunctions and the combinations of the term in the text of the verses and the discovery of its semantic components led to the discovery of the meaning of the term "caliph" and the adaptation of the position of "prophecy" and " Imamate "has been named" califah Allah ".The Caliphate among the people is followed by chase, afterlife and time delay, but in the succession of man by God, it has a qualitative delay and contains the highest sacred and spiritual authority. Considering the semantic components of the "caliph" in the Qur'an and considering the companions of this term, all divine forgeries in the affairs of theatrical and the developmental are to the divine will, and the existence of traits such as faith, good deed and science is necessary for the position of the substitute. Therefore, the concept of the word caliph corresponds to the subject of Imamate in the Shiite epistemic system. Manuscript profile

Investigating the impact of society on jurisprudence and the impact of jurisprudence on society is important. Methodology and hermeneutics Exposure to jurisprudence with the text in the book and tradition is one of the most important factors in the differences of opinion and inference and consequently the belief in traditional or social jurisprudence, since different jurisprudential schools with different approaches have emerged. Imam Khomeini, as a jurisprudent, revived the text by emphasizing on the demands of time and place, and interfered with outside factors in understanding the text, and in many cases did not regard the text as meaningful. Since the text is susceptible to different understandings due to its external factors, they believed that the new meaning was born from the inside of the context and out of context based on the influence of time and place. The Imam not only did not accept the text's independence from its source, but also did not consider the text to be independent of the jurisprudence and its external factors. The method of the jurisprudents of Imamiyyah, especially Imam Khomeini, for filling the gap between the world and the outside world, has been the method of ijtihadic operations with a view to changing the issues and the role of time and place; and they specified the duty of Obliged in sentences that cannot be understood by the aid of principles. Imam Khomeini's hermeneutic views as a mujtahid and jurist who created enormous intellectual revolutions in jurisprudence with a different methodology make the role of modeling the methodology of the jurisprudence of the Imamiyyah more apparent to the entire world's knowledge. The Imam founded the dynamic jurisprudence school, relying on Jawaheri jurisprudence and it forms the basis of religious rule that is unique in the world. This descriptive-analytical study was carried out along with documentary and library data collection. In order to express the hermeneutical methodology of Imamiyyah jurisprudence, the extent and criterion of the attention of jurists, especially Imam Khomeini, to the social issues and the interplay of the jurisprudence and society are examined. Knowledge of the Qur'anic testimonies of the Ahl al-Bayt(AS) as one of the most important arguments in jurisprudence is important in extracting and inferring the sub-religious rules. In this article, the author aims to answer the question "What are the Qur'anic testimonies of Imam Sadegh(AS) in deriving sub-religious rules?" By contemplating the concept of jurisprudence and its evidences, religious rules, Quranic verses as well as narrations received from Imam Sadegh(AS), he has studied this issue. Since achieving the Shari'a and jurisprudential rules is the prelude to practicing them and ensuring the happiness of this world and the hereafter, familiarity with the method of martyrdom and arguments of the Imams to the verses of the Qur'an is essential in proving the rules of Islam. Therefore, in this article, entitled "Analysis of the Quranic testimonies of Imam Sadegh(as) in explaining the Shari'ah rules", while giving a brief introduction about jurisprudence and its detailed arguments in deriving the Shari'a rules, by mentioning the narrations received from Imam Sadegh(AS) The martyrdom and argument of this Imam should be stated in proving the sub-rules of Islam. Divine law is a forgotten topic that has no place in theological research, especially in studies of Corona virus and the post- Corona world. The present article has tried to answer this question by referring to religious texts and using the library method in collecting information and descriptive-analytical method in inferring the view and ijtihad method in the functions and results and using divine laws, what is the role of Imam Zaman against Corona virus? On the one hand, the world is governed according to the causal system, which is inseparable, and on the other hand, the Imam is in the series of ultimate and actual causes of the world. The role of general and specific blessing of Imam Zaman should also be seen in a network of divine traditions; That is, the Imam plays a role in this system. According to the same system, in repelling or eliminating calamity, material causes must be used first; However, the function of material objects in repelling or eliminating the cause of spiritual calamity is not permanent and comprehensive; Secondly; The influence of spiritual factors is realized in the form of conditional and absolute law, in the former of which the existence of a condition and in the latter of the existence of expediency are central, and the role of His Holiness must be seen in this form. One of the fundamental issues in Shiite beliefs is the relationship between Imamate and Khatamiyya; according to the Shiite view, not only is there no incompatibility between Imamate and Khatamiyya, but there is also a connection. The position of Imamate is alongside the position of prophethood, and the purpose of Khatamiyya will not be fulfilled except by Imamate. However, some Sunni scholars and religious intellectuals have criticized this connection. In this study, based on reliable and scholarly documents and with the help of the principle of Khatamiyya, we try to examine, evaluate and criticize the most important doubts raised about the affairs of the Infallible Imam in Shiite theology; including the Imam's relationship with the unseen world, legislative guardianship, the authority of the word and the religious authority of the Imams. The criterion of prophecy is "receiving direct revelation from God" and "independent authority"; this is while the Shiites, on the one hand, consider their Imams to have authority based on the Prophet and through him, and on the other hand, they believe the acquisition of truths by the Imam indirectly through the legacy of the Prophet. By explaining the ambiguities and answering them, it becomes clear that the Shiite approach in interpreting the principle of Khatamiyya, which is reflected in the holy Qur'an, the Prophetic tradition and common sense, is the only approach that justifies Khatamiyya and causes the continuation of the divine mission and guardianship. Among classical arguments for God’s existence in Islamic theology is The argument from particularization which is also called “the proof of possibility of attributes” and “proof of particularization”. The gist of the argument is that since all bodies share in corporeality yet differ in various attributes, there must be some cause for the particularization of the attributes of bodies. the cause must be an eternal agent who is not a body. Different versions of the argument presented by Twelver Shīʿī theologians in various schools caused important and considerable evolution in the history of the argument. Such evolution in Twelver Shīʿism kalām has not been the subject of researches so far. In the present paper, having discussed different versions of the argument in Twelver Shīʿism kalām from the 6th/12th to 11th/17th centuries, illustrated changes and the evolution of the argument in the period. It shows that there are four different versions of The argument from particularization for God’s existence in the Twelver Shīʿism kalām, which are rather distinct in the premises and conclusion. The argument from particularization has not been received much attention from Twelver Shīʿī theologians, probably due to some fundamental flaws in it, including its disability to prove God as a necessary existent (wājib al-wujūd). Zaydiyya is the name of a sect that split from the Shiites and was formed after the uprising of Zayd ibn Ali in Kufa (122 AH). This sect has experienced evolution in its life. The developments that took place with the formation of the Zaidi government in Tabarestan and Deylam. But this rule did not last for some reason and the Zaydi religion also disappeared with more distance and time and gave way to the Imams. The question is, what were the causes and factors of this change? The subject of this work is the study of the causes of this change of religion by referring to the original Zaydi texts and describing and analyzing them to explain the causes. It seems that besides various reasons, the most important reason for this is the heterogeneity of the intellectual and belief system, including: Imamate (Mahdism, the quality of choosing an Imam, the permission of the Imamate of several Imams at the same time) and other beliefs that arise from this, such as Bringing to Etzal and Hanafi jurisprudence, as well as important issues such as disbelief and practice of taqiyyah, moral corruption and their behavior, and leaving the Islamic world, provided the ground for the extinction of Zaydiyya in Tabarestan. Gnosticism was a combination of the manifestation of divine light in man and his coming out of the dark world of matter. In Gnosticism, knowledge is a divine and intuitive thing that does not appear except in the light of a single truth. The influence of Gnostic wisdom throughout history has been profound and far-reaching. For example, one of the most important teachings that entered the Shiite currents from Gnosticism is dualism or duplicity, according to which existence is the arena of constant struggle between good and evil. In addition, the humiliation of the body as the place of matter and evil is another major theme of Gnosticism that emerged among the Shiite mystical sects, especially the Isma'ilism and the Gholat. Gnostics believe that knowledge is not a rational thing, but more than anything else is empirical and based on mystical revelations and is obtains by knowing the soul and its nature and destiny. In Gnostic theology, man has a very prominent place. He, created from body, soul and spirit, has a dual origin: one is material and the other is spiritual. According to some Gnostic texts, the Creator created the human body and his soul originated from the Almighty. Accordingly, in most of the early Shiite currents, we see the emergence of major concepts of Gnosticism such as duality, the deity of man in the position of the Infallible Imam (AS) and the interpretive and symbolic aspect of the holy books. The Isma'ilism were one of the most important Shiite sects that received the most influence from Gnostic wisdom. The influence of Gnosticism in the Isma'ilism was mainly representing in the field of Imamate and interpretation of the Holy Word. In fact, the constant existence of the Imam as a direct manifestation of divine grace, mercy, and knowledge is one of the direct effects of Gnosticism in the Ismaili religion. In Gnosticism, in order to understand the true and esoteric knowledge of Gnosticism, the existence of a divine source is necessary, and in Isma'ilism, this source is the Imam. Interpretation and knowledge of outward and inward matters was also one of the basic principles of Gnosticism, which had a profound effect on the Isma'ilism. Manuscript profile

The religion of Islam has not only dealt with matters concerning Muslims, but also, in an overview, has drawn up rules for non-Muslims and respect for their rights; In the Islamic approach, non-Muslims are either considered as dhimmis, covenants, and trustees who, although present as a minority in the Muslim community, are supported, or who are among the non-Muslims who are in conflict with Muslims. There are those who are known as military infidels and therefore are not respected by Islam. A look at the sources of Imami jurisprudence shows that the breadth, property and honor of non-Muslims who are under the protection of the Islamic community are considered inviolable; Thus, Muslims have no right to attack them; Because in this case they will be reprimanded. The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, by recognizing the religious, Christian and Zoroastrian individuals as religious minorities, has also recognized their rights. In the Islamic Penal Code in 1392, the legislature, by establishing jurisprudential standards in some areas, including adultery with a Muslim, sodomy, tafkhiz, considered the death sentence as an aggravation of punishment for non-Muslims and in drinking alcohol, as a factor A discount was given to non-Muslims only if they pretended to have a limit. Regarding diyat, the equality of diyat of non-Muslim and non-Muslim minorities was maintained, taking into account the opinion of the leadership. Apart from usury, no distinction was made between Muslims and non-Muslims regarding punishments. However, in the field of retribution, a new approach to expanding the scope of the safe has been pursued, which indicates a step towards greater support for non-military infidels, even those who are not among the minorities recognized in the constitution. Especially for the classification of light, he refers to the verse of light and according to the ranking that this verse gives to the holders of light, he classifies the light according to their degree of being single. And it is true light and calls all other lights the manifestation of divine and transcendental light. All levels of existence and degrees of knowledge are part of the evolution of light. In explaining the nature of light, he deals with the collective unity and the truth of Muhammad, the name of God Almighty, the perfect man and the province, and expresses the truth of light beautifully. In fact, the light of God is the most perfect and transcendent light, which Being light does not need another, but all other beings are illuminated by it. All beings, from the highest order, headed by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the saints, are enlightened by returning to the divine light, rather than the light of the servants who reach the luminous position through the dismemberment of the body and see the luminous. A comparative study of the views of the Imams and Zaydis on the reasons for the superiority of the Shiite Imams over the previous prophets. The present study is a descriptive-analytical research that is effective in determining the research design of how data is collected, analyzed and reported. The method of data collection in leading research is the method of reviewing documents; For this purpose, the documents in the present study have been examined. The issue of the superiority of the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) over the prophets before the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is derived from the two discussions of prophethood and special Imamate in theology. According to the Zaydi school, the discussion of Imamate is based on several axes; 1- There is no difference between the position of the caliph and the Imam 2- The Imam has a political identity and nothing else 3- The worldview of this school is based on the fact that in the first place the angels, in the second place the prophets, in the third place the guardians and in the last and fourth place the Imams They are pure. 4- All the prophets in general are always superior to the Imams. Imamate and its critique by referring to the works of Shiite scholars on the superiority of the Imams (AS) is focused on three reasons: The first reason is the superiority of the position of Imamate over the position of prophethood and mission. The second reason is the continuous hadith of Saqaleen, which considers the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) to be just and equal to the Qur'an. The third reason is the verse of Mubahila. Conclusion: Therefore, as a result of criticizing the Zaydi principles regarding the superiority of the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) compared to the previous prophets, this statement has been proven according to the Imami principles. The straight path is one of the most important topics mentioned in the Holy Quran and the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). Imam Khomeini (RA) also spoke about it both in the language of the masses and mystically in his statements and writings. They consider human happiness to be in a straight path and to move and grow in this sublime path. In this descriptive-analytical research, "the truth of the direct path from the mystical perspective of Imam Khomeini (RA)" has been explained. The importance of the real and royal meaning and the mystical behavior of the Imam showed the scientific research about the truth of Sarat to be necessary and necessary. Because until that royal truth is not revealed, it is not possible to go to its examples, and also the lack of understanding of the truth of the path will lead to the multiplicity of paths. Truths are like stomachs, speaking about one truth is not a denial of another truth. If the truth of the path is Tawheed and Wilayat, these two things are not separate from each other, and if the path is drawn in the world, it is actually the correct path of Tawheed and accepting Wilayat. In the words of Imam Khomeini (RA), the direct path of legislation, which is the continuation of the path of development, starts from the realm of the tangible world and is stretched until the meeting with God, which is the final destination, and when the veils are removed in the world of the hereafter, this path is a tangible bridge. People's awareness of the honesty of the people who claim the divine position depends on the statement of rational and narrative reasons. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) stated numerous narrative and intellectual reasons about the twelve imams (a.s.). In addition, each of the imams (a.s.) also stated reasons for the righteousness of the next imam. Regardless of the arguments put forward by other infallibles in this regard, every imam has sometimes referred to hadiths from the Prophet (pbuh) or previous imams and sometimes based on rational arguments and introduced himself as the Imam and successor of the Prophet (pbuh). The current research, which used the library method in collecting the materials and the analytical method in the field of thinking, seeks to know what the behavioral process of the imams (pbuh) was in using rational evidence to prove their righteousness. The findings of the research show that the imams (a.s.) have gone through the following five processes in expressing rational arguments to the temporal relationships and the perceptive level of the audience: expressing merit towards the caliphate, trying to preserve values, increasing knowledge, scientific superiority, expressing superiority in establishing World monotheistic government. Analysis of the mentioned claim and it's presented evidence shows lack of true and rational analysis of evolution of Shia's intellectual principle. Its analysis and criticizing shows that she has confused between evolutionary process in Shia's intellectual principle and development in intellectual principle from summary to detail. The aim of this research is to know Miss lambton's confusing and error with disquisition in her words and phrases in the book of government and regimen in Islam.
