One of the proofs to prove God's existence and some of his features is the order proof. This proof has been under some question including lack of logical and scientific reasoning of earthquake considering the order proof. Because earthquake causes destructure of world order and creation of disorders. This earthquake is trying the make a logical and scientific justification of adap-tability between earthquake and order proof. It satisfres a descetiptice method as well as analytic and library research. Also it has used a sampling method in data carlection and finally has concluded that : Fristly consistency of order deponds on either finalizaion of an action or on relation and agreement between actions following the same end and purpose. Disorders such as earthquake act in the same framework order proof hurts when the existence of end and agreement is rejected which is not the case here. Secondly, earthquake is not accidental, because brenking and releasing of energy in special places is ordered. Thirdly, order proof is defined as devisal and programming in world cration, so earthquake is out of order proof mission. Fourthly, human has a basic role in earthquake. Fifthly, the mature world which is a mather world is mixed with confiction and disturbance, among them is earthquake. As a result earthquake is not consistent with order proof Manuscript profile

the fundamental issue that This study investigated is to explain the relationship between reason and revelation or reason and religion as the two sources of epistemology and ontological reference in two different intellectual school. One of these intellectual schools is the thought of Imam Muhammad al-Ghazali in the fifth century AD, and another one is the irrationalism approaches in Iran-Islamic thinking in the fifteenth century AD. This trend is well-known as Tafkik school. The aim of this study is to explain and analyze the never-ending conflict between intellectual knowledge and religious knowledge in these two schools by using comparative method to achieve proves for its assumptions. The findings reveal that, at first, verbal conflict along with theological approaches, historically, have not formed in the vacuum and in the world of abstraction, but also influenced by the intellectual and non-intellectual trends, political conflicts and sometimes even personal characters and... . Second, this thoughts and opinions was not restricted within the intellectual and theoretical field, and had desirable and undesirable effects, the consequences of these effects cause unfruitful conflicts, settlement or remove of this conflict are far from the obligation and ability of theologians and religious scholars. For example, in this paper we show that, perhaps, irrationality of Ghazali or reason out of followers of Tafkik school provided ground for the emergence of hard ritual that well-known as Salafism in Islamic history Manuscript profile

Religion qua religion has many wide-ranging and vast aspects. The question to be answered is whether we can summarize all those aspects in one and all-inclusive facet. Dealing with the theory of benevolence, this article says yes to this question. The theory suggests that from one side benevolence is the manifestation of the all-embracing name of al-Rahman, and from another side as the pure religion includes all aspects of religion. The holy name of Allah is the most embracing name of Him; then after this name, comes the fair name of al-Rahman as the most embracing name. al-Rahman is manifested in benevolence. Since religion has been revealed according to the embracing name of al-Rahman, one can say that benevolence is the core essence of religion. This theory has different principles. In what follows, the author has tried to study various aspects of that theory examining its principle and reasons in the light of the Qur’an and mysticism. The conclusion is that benevolence, self-sacrifice and in general mercy are the core essence and all-embracing aspect of religion. The God and His image which exists in transcendent philosophy plays a significant role in the anthropology of Mullah Sadra. On the basis of Sadra's view, the whole universe is the various manifestations of God and man is His the most perfect manifestation which in Quran has been described as Caliph of Allah and the trustees of God. The most important base of Sadra’s anthropology are originality of existence, graded unity of existence and substantial motion. He believes that the man’s ego is in the substantial motion with hierarchy of material, examples and wise which ultimately gained the level of super-wise. This hierarchy does not affect the unity of soul, since the God has different manifestations such as material, samples and wise but it is not incompatible with His unity. God's unity is real and human has inalienable unity in the shadow of His unity. The correspondence of God and human does not end to this issue. In the Sadra's view, since the God is the creator and the source of being, man also, as Caliph of Allah and his successor, has the same features. It means that man with the imagination power, creates the mental existences in his dream. The only difference is that God could be created in the realm of outside but the imagination in the realm of mind. The present paper, explained the position of God in the anthropology of Sadra based on originality of existence and substantial motion. The position which Sadra is given to God and presented His image as the origin and end of things, could well be regarded as an expression of the God’s position in his anthropology Manuscript profile

Avicenna is one of the Muslim philosophers among philosophers who has been given attention to the relationship between the psyche and body. Since he believes that the soul is spirituality created and he believes that the duality of body and psyche is from the beginning of creation. He is obliged to accept a mediator in the issue of the existence of a relationship between body and psyche because the spiritual and immaterial psyche cannot be connected to a dirty body and an element without a mediator. Therefore, the existence of a tender mass which is above the body and low psyche is necessary. Avicenna calls this mediator the steamy soul. The steamy soul arises from the tender part of humours and body steams. Therefore, the steamy soul proportion to the tender part of humours is similar to the proportion of the concentration of humours. As the combination and humours misciblity in every part of body parts develop the temperament which fits that particular organ, steams and tenders which have arisen from quadruple humours are combined and miscibled and develop the temperament which fits the steamy soul. Therefore, thinking, employment and interest of the psyche to the body and any of body parts or body organs will be in this way. From Avicenna’s perspective, the first member which take soul is the heart. heart is the source and mine of , the steamy soul birth. Since divine Grace is one of the attributes of Allah SWT and His attributes are not subject to alteration, this wise Grace is to be constant at the time of occultation as well. The other features of the universe are its immortality, while the Qur'an, with its fixed principles, is progressing along with its time and place; it is discovered in every time and forever, new and inferior, and eternal (immortality). The proper axis is to link these attributes of the Qur'an. In particular, the principles and detailed descriptions of the Ahlul Bayt (a) are that the Quran expresses the general lines of the basic principles. And from the important issues that have been examined from almost all perspectives in almost all the Qur'anic texts and interpretations, It is a matter of magnificence that is addressed here from the angle of eternity of the Qur'an. Certainly, part of the verses that are due to the failure of the words are in expressing deep and profound meanings of the Qur'an. It is the same as the Qur'an. It is directly guided. The other features of the Qur'an, which are rooted in the immortality of the Qur'an, are unkind and obscenity. It is very important that the language of the Ahl al-Bayt (as) is repeatedly emphasized, it is the recognition of the unconscious and the dwelling. The reason is clear, because what should be known what is good for Allah? And it is from the interpretative guidelines of the Ahlul-Bayt (as) that there is a need for a precise understanding of abusive and obscurantism and the use of that interpretation.. This research aims to take an epistemological outlook towards humanism in modern poetry, from Persian constitutional revolution up until the Islamic revolution in Iran. By taking a pathological stance, the survey shows how from the constitutional period in Iran, which is the commencement to modernism and accordingly to the flow of western philosophical thoughts, humanism has always been combined with personal partisan and westernized conceptions, and on the other hand always inattentive to religion and the realities of the sociopolitical structures of Iranian society. Insistence on the transference of such a culture and literature, without paying attention to the cultural and literary infrastructures of the country of the origin, has been the problem in works of modern poets. Another concept that this paper insists on is that many poets have only tried to imitate the humanist thoughts in modernist poetry. On the other hand, because of the lack of intimacy, absence of visual experience and also generalization, there is no real alignment to be found between the alleged modernist poet’s poetry and its audience. This is more than anything because of the luxurious and imitative outlook that poets have towards this specific type of poetry. Manuscript profile

Though the cognitions of Imam Hossein entered into Persian poetry from third and fourth centuries and almost synchronous with Persian language birth, the name of Hazrat Zeinab has been used very limited and in very few cases in Persian poetry. In Safavi Dynasty, her name has been entered into Persian Poetry a bit more serious. However, still the poets do not refer to her properly. In Ghajar dynasty, referring to the Karbala Lady’s character becomes prevail in Persian poetry and reaches its climax in the late part of Ghajar and the beginning part of Pahlavi time. Unfortunately, despite the willing of the poets in eulogizing and parsing Hazrat Zeinab, the picture of this great lady is only described as a grief-stricken, flagged, depressed, and crying. Even this honored lady is described as a weak, and disabled woman, hence her glory, respect, and magnificence are affected drastically. From the late part of Pahlavi dynasty which the contexts of Islamic revolution is formed, the poets’ view starts to change gradually and finally with Iranian Islamic Revolution the spirit of revolution penetrates into Zeinab poetries and the poets’ view is attracted to the glorious aspects of this heaven and earth lady. Therefore, some great works which deserve the position and personality of this lady have been created. This dissertation has investigated the spiritual picture of Hazrat Zeinab in Persian Poetry. According to al-Razi, Satan contributes to the occurrence of moral evil by appealing to temptation (which is reified as void promises, magic, embellishment, etc.). He contends that at times, Satan represents himself as a human being, and at others communicates directly with intrinsic forces (especially estimation and imagination) and inspires satanic thoughts to individuals by temptation. Satanic thoughts result in individuals' heedlessness and by causing epistemic inversion, deviates the will from the right path. He believes that acquiescence in the Satanic thoughts results from damage to reason, poorness of memory, the appeal to lust and wrath forces, etc. and the appeal to God, wisdom, worship, angels’ help, etc. prevents people from acquiescence in such thoughts. Hadith criticism and the sciences related to it have always been sources of different thoughts and opinions. One of the influential scholars in the field of Hadith in the contemporary age is Rashid Reza. Having a general belief in religious narratives and sayings, he provided us with criticism that goes beyond the well-known Moslem experts' criticisms of Hadith (religious leaders' sayings). Lack of Hadith scribing in the early centuries after Prophet Mohammad, spread of paraphrases for religious sayings, devising sayings (which are not quoted from the Prophet and Imams) and emphasis on textual criticism to distinguish true narratives from untrue, are some of the topics worthy of attention in his thought. Many scholars might consider Rashid Reza a Salafi scientist and one of those who belong to the Al-Quranioon. This is true but his view of the Hadith can be a taken as a balance between the Al-Quranioon's perspective and the dominant popular viewpoint towards Hadith. This article attempts at investigating Rashid Reza's principles and opinions in Hadith criticism in addition to showing the origins and intellectual and social causes of such ideas. The Imamate of the Imam in society as the proof of God among the people and his presence until the end of the world, and that the earth is not a second without God's authority, is not a new issue in Islam, and especially in the Shite, it has been emphasized in the correct narratives of the infallibles (AS) in the famous books of hadith, such as the Osol Kafi and Vafi and Baharol’Anvar , and so on, and Islamic scholars have also written the valuable books in this regard. But the present paper examines this issue not through the narratives but according to the views of Allamah Tabataba’i in The interpretation of the great al-Mizan. Allameh (RA) considers the necessity of the existence of the infallible Imam and God's authority in the earth to the end of the world even until the hereafter as a necessity of the truth of Imamate from the viewpoint of the Quran. Allameh considers the eventual occurrence of such an event in the time of the infallible Imam Mahdi (AJ) and with the general government of monotheistic religion. Manuscript profile

The research on Imams and Shiite jurisprudence has long advocated Sunnis, as the Mu'tazilite theologian, Judge Abdul Jabbar, has criticized the Imam's votes in his books, including al-Moghuni. From the same time, the Shi'a welcomed the texts, while respecting the writer, to criticize them; it has been written or written. As Seyyed Mortazi, in his works, has answered these doubts. In the present era, which has been accepted as the main religion of religion and religion in Islamic countries, these religious debates have replaced their common points in the principles of the doctrines and emphasized them. In Saudi Arabia, the Wahhabi intellectual movements, which do not believe in the approximation of religions, with the strong support of sovereignty, bring the most cowardly accusations to the Shi'a religion, and raise doubts that it is based on the odor and color of the verse. The Book of the Principles of Religion, Al-Shi'a al-Amamiya, Asheni Shirhiya, the doctoral dissertation of Naser al-Bakari of the Saudi Wahhabi scholars, as well as the book's name, explores Shiite intellectual, cultural, and religious foundations. The author, according to the doubt raised in "Ismat" in this book, has tried to answer the doubts of two Shiite religious theologians, Seyyed Mortazi and Jorjani. Considering that Jorjani's votes have not been mentioned in the Book of Khorai, and it seems that he was unaware of his existence, this article is the first paper based on the opinions expressed on Shiite beliefs in ancient Persian books as the basis of the answer. It seems to me that the Wahhabi scholars have raised doubts about Arabic books. In this article, in addition to the votes of these two great Shiites, the votes of other Shia jurisprudents and theologians are also mentioned. Manuscript profile

The relationship between religion and politics in the thought of Imam Ali has been an ontological and consistency column of the relationship between society and government. However, this framework, in symmetry to the pattern of realism in the intellectual system of Imam, is, as a concept, effective in creating legitimacy, participation, and advancement in the political system that can be planed, understood and labeled. In the framework, the process of conceptualizing realism by relying on rationality in two levels of thought, with emphasis on concepts such as human dignity, the right to choose people, the implementation of justice and the necessity of the state; and at the level of behavior with an emphasis on the political action of the Imam in determining the caliph, Adoption of arbitration and coexistence with religions will be formulated. This paper tries to achieve two important goals by applying Skinner's interpretation theory: On the other hand, the concept of realism can be understood in the thoughts and behavior of Imam Ali and, on the other hand, the effectiveness of realism in the balance of the part and the coherence of social forces are measured. Obviously, achieving these goals involves the implementation of a range of concepts and subjects. As a result, it is important to understand the framework of the discussion of the plan. 1) Attachment of Realism to Rationality 2) Relevance of Realism with Ideal 3) Conceptualization of Realism 4) Positioning of the environmental conditions and social contexts of the target. resurrection and afterlife are two main principles of Islamic belief among Muslims. This principles are of such a paramount importance that non-belief in them leads to infidelity and exclusion from Islam. The immateriality and immortality of soul form the foundation of resurrection. Before Mulla Sadra’s time, Resurrection as well as the type and quality of afterlife had been discussed from the perspective of Kalām and as one of its sub-branches dealing with soul, its mortality and immortality after death. Mulla Sadra discussed the afore-mentioned points from philosophical viewpoint and somehow links them to the Movement on the Transcendence of Human Soul as well as its powers and perceptions. He holds that partial perception takes place after death through imagination. Imagination power remains attached to soul after death. Thus, in the present study attempts are made to discuss this principle and the views of the philosophers in this regard. Manuscript profile

Civil liability from nuisance in property laws is one of the major areas in civil liability. People may cause nuisance or inflict harms to the latter through exercising their rights of occupation in properties. This subject matter is the area at which property rights and civil liability converge. On the one hand, the proprietor reserves an unlimited right of occupation in his/her property (Article 30 of the Civil Law). On the other hand, the right to property is restricted to this natural and legal right that the latter's property receives no damage (Article 132 of the Civil Law, and Principle 40 of the Islamic Code). The Civil Law does not have an explicit decree as to the civil liability of the proprietor and has not enumerated its provisions or elements either. Therefore, by comparative study of the subject, and via the analytical-descriptive method, it was concluded that the extra occupation of the reasonable would have the result of civil liability, if it would create nuisance in the property law and damage to the neighbor, whether it is intended or unintended for the proprietor. The absoluteness of the right, reasonableness of the act and satisfaction of needs shall not remove liability. However, the rule of "Prohibition of Detriment" governs the relations arising from vicinity and neighborhood, and the occupation by the occupier is customarily endurable by the vicinity law. The God has been claimed as the goal of the universe trend in verses of Holy Quran like: “Indeed your lord is retaining.” (Alaq-8) and “Surely to Allah all things return.” (Shawra-53). And obviously, a movement without any Goal, Knowledge and Recognition, will never guide human to final destination. Thus, the evolutionary Movement of human, through monotheistic pedagogy system, has to be wisely and thinkfully for the human to achieve some levels of the good life, promised in holy Quran. Surely this movement has its own especial interpretation and analysis, generated from divine worldview that defers from epistemological fundaments of secular pedagogy such as experimental positivism, revelation-free Darwinism and humanism. Present paper studied the most critical epistemological fundaments of monotheistic pedagogy (consisting possibility, resources and restraints), through a descriptive analysis procedure, based on Holy Quran verses. According to result of this study, since human has unlimited epistemic and scientific capabilities from Holy Quran point of view, thus, possibility of attaining knowledge is certain for him. Unlike western Philosophy schools, Quran has recognized various tools and resources such as senses, wisdom, intuition, revelation and inspiration for the human to attain various types of knowledge. Within the pedagogical system of this Holy book, beside the determination of knowledge restraints, establishment of a monotheistic pedagogy comprehensive system and escort of human towards a good life is depended the on consideration of all epistemological tools, regarding to their levels. The most crucial result of this discussion is certain science attainment, and deep knowledge, considering its major role in realization of right knowledge. Manuscript profile

Animal pain and suffering in the domain of nature are undeniable facts, which give rise to the problem of incompatibility of such facts with divine attributes of omniscience, omnipotence and absolute benevolence of God in Abrahamic faiths. Theologians have endeavored to meet this challenge by both explaining the compatibility and persevering their traditional faith in divine attributes. Mark Maller, however, attempted to solve the problem by reinterpretation of divine attributes and abandoning the orthodox beliefs. The problem with Maller and his like Christian theologians was to rely on nonreligious presumptions rather than on theistic foundations in finding a solution for the problem. The critique of their stance is that one cannot formulate a logical consistent argument by adopting some premises from religious fources and other premises from nonreligious ones. It seems that a holistic view and looking into scriptural thrives can provide a better and more coherent solution for animal suffering. Manuscript profile

In this article, we intend to examine the discourse of the Imams (as) on the issue of taqiyya, relying on John Searle's theory of speech action, which is within the domain of discourse analysis. Taqiyya is a Shi'a theological-jurisprudential doctrine and a historical approach to preserving the existence of a minority against the majority. One of the Imam's (AS) campaigns in the Umayyad and Abbasid era is the method of 'taqiyyah'. According to the requirements of time and place, the Imams used taqiyyah to fight the enemy and advance the cause. John Searle has explored the relationship between language and society from a philosophical perspective. Searle's theory of spoken action has different functions, and one must pay attention to their secondary meaning in understanding fragments. This descriptive-analytical study seeks to answer the question of how the Imams (as) used discourses with their secondary meanings and more than what actions. Have they spoken a word? Examination of the research data shows that according to the theory of "verbal verbs", Sir Imam (AS) has used expressions that have a secondary meaning in mind and that the spoken, emotional speech acts have been used to further their goals. And persuasion was most used, while not benefiting from declarative and accrual action. Manuscript profile

Imamate and velayat are among the keywords of the Quran and one of the most fundamental theological discussions between Shiites and Sunnis. Shiite commentators and theologians believe that the verses of the Qur'an are proof of the Imamate of Ali (AS) and Ahl al-Bayt (AS), and according to the rational arguments and authentic narrations of the Prophet (PBUH), they believe that the Imamate is an appointed matter by the Almighty. And the earth will never be devoid of divine authority. The Sunni scholars have cast doubt on the Shia interpretation of these verses. Mohammed Abda and Rashid Reza (the owners of the commentary on al-Manar) have been influenced by Ibn Taymiyyah and the Wahhabi theology. Shi'ite commentators, including Ayatollah Javadi Amoli in Tasnim's commentary, have attempted to respond to these doubts and find strong evidence to prove the verses of the Imamate. Since the issue of Imamate is one of the most controversial among the Islamic doctrinal disputes, the aim of this study is to compare the views of theologians and the lesser commentators. The purpose of this study is to compare the two views and to express the disagreement between the two interpretations of Sunni and Shiite indexes. After quoting seven verses and quoting authentic narrations from the hadith assemblies of Farrqin, the views of al-Mannar (as an example of contemporary Sunni scholars) and the views of Tasnim (as an example of contemporary Shiite scholars) are outlined. One of the theological issues is characteristics and capabilities tha are mentioned for man based on a number of the Qur'anic verses. Accordingly, many of the theologians and interpreters of office of Divine Caliph consider divine respect and trusteeship of man for God. There are different views about characteristic of man's "trusteeship" and what "lack of observation of trusteeship" by man means, as referred to in Ahzab: 72. The most important of them is the two views that are faced in contrast; one is the well-known view prevalent in modern times which implies lack of observation as man's "trusteeship" and regarding the verse as the reason behind honorability and existential capacity of man. Another view implied by man is lack of observation of trusteeship as non-trusteeship and it makes sense that he says the verse bears flaws and negative aspects. In this article, the second interpretation is being designated or at least is preferred through semantic sense of keywords of the verse, particularly word of "lack of observation" added to "trusteeship" and analysis of verse contents and use of evidence available in the register of the verse and the other verses of the Qur'an. The analysis of the verses including the term "caliph" and its derivatives based on the conjunctions and the combinations of the term in the text of the verses and the discovery of its semantic components led to the discovery of the meaning of the term "caliph" and the adaptation of the position of "prophecy" and " Imamate "has been named" califah Allah ".The Caliphate among the people is followed by chase, afterlife and time delay, but in the succession of man by God, it has a qualitative delay and contains the highest sacred and spiritual authority. Considering the semantic components of the "caliph" in the Qur'an and considering the companions of this term, all divine forgeries in the affairs of theatrical and the developmental are to the divine will, and the existence of traits such as faith, good deed and science is necessary for the position of the substitute. Therefore, the concept of the word caliph corresponds to the subject of Imamate in the Shiite epistemic system. Manuscript profile

The school of separation led by Mirza Mehdi Esfahani has had a particular interest in the source of traditions, but has a different position on the validity of the Qur'an as the epistemic source of religion. This article will show that the separatist schools, especially their first spectrum, either questioned or denied the validity or validity of the Qur'anic scripture, or they needed it. The first part of the article explains the position of some of the schools of distinction regarding the damage to the validity of the Qur'anic document by proposing a theory of distortion and its criticism. The second part of the article is devoted to examining and criticizing their position on undermining the validity of the Qur'anic verses by focusing on such arguments as: the division of human science into divine and human, the divisive aspect of the Qur'anic traditions, the separation of texts from appearance. One of the most important meanings in the phrase “the meaning of life" believed by Abrahamid's religions is that the meaning of life is equivalent to the very purpose of life. The next question is that whether humans generate the meaning in their lives? Or the meaning exists per se and should be discovered by human? In the first case, the meaning of life becomes a fake matter and in the other case it becomes a real one. The divine religions, with the most decisive responses, are the best means to save humans from uncertainty and vanity in life. In the present study, the chosen viewpoint is that life becomes meaningful by the recognition of God and being connected to him. Some claim that this succession was the basis of the divine installation; in addition to the intellectual currents, they sang another song and made other plans. The present research has attempted to answer the question with the historical-analytical method that the Prophet (pbuh), in terms of historical propositions, had a narrative view of the caliphate? What are the three caliphs? The results of this study indicate that there is a profound difference between the viewpoint of the Prophet (pbuh) and the three caliphs about the issue of caliphate. The Prophet (pbuh) considered the caliphate to be divine, while the three caliphs considered criteria such as allegiance, subordination, and council determination to legitimize their caliphate and each other, which later became the criterion of Sunni practice. One of the questions raised in the field of belief and based on some theological differences is why God created Satan and gave him a long life to mislead all human beings until the Day of Judgment and if there was no world without evil It was better. This suspicion has been raised by the devil himself in a hypothetical debate with angels. We examine it with a descriptive-analytical approach. The answer to this question is to speak of Satan's existence and its existential benefits to man and the material world and the benefits of evil and hardship in life. Also, the reason for giving the devil time off may be to the devil himself and increase his sins Or the reason for this is the emergence of more divine power for all human beings over time and the promotion of human status in the shadow of divine will and test. He has used main commentaries in addition to “The Kutub al-Sittah”, that is, the narrations are indirectly reported. The second section reviews the types of interpretive narratives which are explained in ten categories. Man is an obligated being, and the forged duties for man by God are the platform of perfection, the guarantor of human rights, and the cause of attaining the rewards of the Hereafter. In some verses of the Qur'an, difficult tasks are mentioned for the Jewish people (Baqarah / 54-Nisa '/ 160) and in Surah Al-Baqarah / 286, the Prophet of Islam asks God to remove the difficult tasks; in contrast, there are verses that speak of the ease of the task ( Baqarah / 185) and it is not obligatory for a large extent (less than the endurance) (Baqarah / 286) and in the Haraji religion (Hajj / 78). Relying on the verses of the Qur'an in a library method and with an analytical descriptive approach, this article seeks to explain the view of the Qur'an on the issue of duty and the conflict between the two categories of verses and causes difficult tasks. One of the findings of this article is that the divine duties are divided into two types: primary and criminal. The Prophet of Islam does not have it. If man inconsistencies with basic duties and transgresses God's limits, God will impose criminal duties on human beings to return to God, show servitude, remove the veils, spiritual turmoil and the example of others. The subject of public welfare and public works are important issues among Muslim philosophers such as Shi'a and Sunni. On the one hand, this issue, similar to some other issues in governmental jurisprudence, has partly been influenced by verbal differences between Sunnis and Shi'as. Accordingly, the Sunni people had paid more attention to the public aspect of public affairs due to the acceptance of caliphate sovereignty, but Shiite jurisprudents had often considered most non-governmental aspects of public affairs. The proper unity and appropriate consensus between the jurists (in their foundations and approaches to the public welfare and public works) in the expansion and limitation of the extent of the implementation of these divine commandments are not observed (although there is a consensus in the sense of affairs). This discrepancy indicates that each of them has different foundations and approaches compared to public welfare. According to the above descriptions, there are two theories and views on the excerpts of the public works. The first view is that the domain of this institution is limited to the guardianship of the estate of the orphans, insane people, and bankrupt orphans. The second view does not limit the scope of public works to specific issues and has a wider perspective than the first view, which also includes social, economic, political, and cultural issues. Even though the public works are one of the vague issues in legal affairs, legislators have not considered a comprehensive definition of it and have not provided an effective criterion for identifying it. Therefore, the main objective of this research is the comparative study of public works for the jurisprudence of Shia and Sunni jurisprudence' views by the codified statue. Also, the findings of this research show that the scope of public works in the Sunni jurisprudence is limited to the issue of Enjoining good and forbidding wrong, but for the Shiite jurisprudents, it covers everything that leads to the disorder in a social system and the fault in society. Thus, the concept of public works is beyond enjoining good and forbidding wrong. Manuscript profile

He criticizes this argument a lot, so he expresses it in the form of an innate argument. Kant's sense of nature actually means the kind of talent that one acquires. Al-Ghazali, after expressing the proof of hadith, in the second round of his life, discusses the nature of nature and uses it in various meanings such as instinct and reason. He also does not consider nature to be achieved by rational reasoning. Rumi has called for love with his joyous poems and is the leader of love in Persian literature. Love is a great force that permeates Rumi's soul. Wisdom and love are very important topics in Rumi's Masnavi. It is noteworthy to study Rumi's intellectual level of reason and love. The sages say that man's privilege is to reason, but mystics consider man's privilege to be love. In this article, an attempt is made to examine Rumi's view on reason and love and the relationship between the two. Rumi is not only irrational, but he has received the best praise from reason and his opposition to philosophical reason. But since this divine blessing has become the cause of discord among the people and instead of guiding and guiding them, it has become a tool for the destruction of society, it has been opposed to it, and in fact, its irrationality is a kind of social reaction and indicates It is a sublime system of thought that seeks to free the intellect from the shackles of the soul.. Responsibility literally means to be obligated or committed to do something. Duty refers to something that is legally or customarily incumbent on someone. Homework also means burdening someone with hard work and suffering. Commitment means taking on a job as well as making a covenant. Right also means share and share. Each of these words is somehow related to each other. For example, unless someone has a duty, he will not be responsible for doing it or not, and he will not be held accountable. The word homework is also associated with responsibility and duty; Because in all three cases, something is the responsibility of the person that its implementation is necessary and obligatory. Naturally, a person's divine human personality and his or her faith beliefs will play a key role in commitment and fulfillment of extraterritorial duties. In the present article, using a descriptive-analytical method and based on qualitative content analysis, the role of the individual's spiritual and doctrinal personality in the commitment to fulfill duties and contracts has been explained and ambiguities have been answered in this regard. According to written sources, teaching and education in Islam was practiced in mosques and schools until the 900 A.D. gradually, from the late of 800 and early of 900 A.D, scholars began to establish Dar al-Alum and schools. From the 1000 A.D, there was a major change in the educational method in Iran and in the sovereign territories, and numerous schools were established throughout the country. This process continued during the two Ilk Hani and Teymuri periods and finally culminated in the Safavid era. The Safavid era has been introduced as a classic era in the history of Islamic Iranian schools. During this period, two important factors: the formation of a centralized Iranian state and the formal conversion of the Shiite religion paved the way for the creation of a new and dynamic educational system in a new format. The result was an increase in schools and scientific and educational facilities. This research is based on library and field research and in a descriptive-analytical and historical way, it seeks to study the impact of Safavid era schools, especially the two schools of Khan Shiraz and Chahar Bagh of Isfahan on cultural development in Iran and the Islamic world. Studies show that the schools of the Safavid era, especially the two schools of Khan Shiraz and the four gardens of Isfahan, play an important role in promoting the education and training of the Iranian youth and their special importance and presence in them. Finally, Iranian-Islamic culture has flourished. Accordingly, in the Safavid era, these schools and educational systems have contributed to the identification of the Safavid society, and the increasing expansion of educational systems in the context of the Shiite community has led to changes in social behavior and ultimately to the gradual growth and development of culture and civilization. The Islamic community of that era is gone. Manuscript profile

Women's employment is one of the most important topics in the field of women's studies, which has led to different theories and opinions. The problem we seek to analyze is what is the priority in the religious approach and revelatory teachings in the conflict between the key roles of women such as marriage and childbearing by working outside the home? This study, with an analytical look, while examining the three approaches to women's employment and expressing its disadvantages and advantages, came to the conclusion that from the perspective of verses and hadiths, the role of wife and mother for women is a priority in divine duties and has a value and moral burden. Employment, though, is a women's right; But it is not their job Therefore, in cases of conflict between employment and the main female roles, ie wife and mother, while observing this priority, moral and jurisprudential ideas should be given special attention, and by observing moral health in social relations between men and women, preserving the dignity of women is a priority. Family interests paid attention to this issue in terms of developmental differences between men and women, as well as the disadvantages and advantages of employment. The present study finally offers solutions to resolve the conflict. This article analyzes the opinions in a descriptive and analytical method with a revelatory approach and citing verses, narrations and opinions of thinkers. Manuscript profile

In this research, Mulla Sadra's theory about the union of sensory and senses in sensory perception was examined based on the issue of the emanation of sensory perception and its certainty. The importance of the issue is in the sense that Mulla Sadra was influenced by the Stoic theory in relation to this issue, and he himself clarified this issue.. Mulla Sadra's theory about sensory knowledge is the actualization of the forms of sensations for the soul and its realization in the sensory world. This kind of approach to knowledge as an ontological form that considers the relationship between the senses and the sensory perceptions as a kind of evolutionary relationship is different from the peripatetic theory. In Peripatetic theory, the forms of sensations in the soul are a prelude to rational knowledge through the abstraction of these forms. According to Mulla Sadra, the soul is active in the level of sense because it is the issuer of forms of sensations instead of being passive and therefore knowledge at this stage is also scientific and certain. Mulla Sadra has stated that, many thinkers before him had believed this promise. Accordingly, in this research Mulla Sadra's theory of sensory knowledge has been matched with the theory of epistemological impression of the early Stoics. In the theory of epistemological impression, the early Stoics consider sensory perception as the face for the matter of the soul on which it is engraved. The early Stoics consider the certainty of an epistemological impression to be synonymous with the soul and use it for the excellence of wisdom and morality in individuals. The results of the research show that Mulla Sadra and the early Stoics paid attention to the homogeneity of the senses and the activity of the soul in sensory perception to obtain sensory certainty. The method of conducting the research is content analysis and innovation of research is the possibility of dialogue between Mulla Sadra's views and early Stoic philosophy in the field of epistemology. The discussion of the miracle of the Qur'an is one of the most important concerns of Qur'anic scholars, and while publishing many works, many horizons of it remain unknown. The present article is entitled Examples of Numerical Miracles of the Qur'an, which refers to the research in the last century based on modern sciences such as mathematics and computer, which aims to achieve a general conclusion on the accuracy of this theory. The method of collecting research is descriptive-analytical and library, which has been compiled using specialized books and journals of Quranic sciences and software. Numerical miracle is an amazing subject that is not limited to a specific number with many problems, because each person or group, depending on their interest, can criterion the desired number and achieve results. There are many criticisms such as the use of the current calligraphy of the Qur'an, human ability to numerical inconsistency, and so on. The result of the research is that it is clearly visible in the results of the scattering of votes, so the application of miracles to this theory is not correct and it can be considered as a surprise in proportion of numbers, not as one of the inviolable aspects for which convincing reasons are presented. Secrets of Martyrdom is the name of the mystical work of Sheikh Mohammad Asiri Lahiji, a mystic of the ninth century AH, which deals with mystical themes and concepts of the perfect man. The aim of this study is to identify the perfect human being in the above work, by descriptive-analytical method; First, he has examined the relationship of the perfect man with God Almighty, then his relationship with the universe, as well as the issue of the mission and guardianship of the perfect man. Since its development by Darwin, the theory of evolution has always been debated for its harmony or incompatibility with the scriptures, especially in terms of its inclusion of human creation. The story of Adam's creation in religious books, including the Qur'an, made it possible for religious scholars to take different positions on this theory. This article examines the views of two contemporary Iranian thinkers, Mohammad Hussein Tabatabai and Yadollah Sahabi, on the relation between the theory of evolution and the Qur'an's account of human creation. Sahabi accepts this theory and takes it compatible with the Qur’an and Tabatabai maintains that if it were totally confirmed, it does not contradict the verses of the Qur'an. It seems that the reason for their positions was their attention to some (and not all) dimensions of this theory that do not contradict the definitive religious doctrines. Manuscript profile

The developments that took place with the formation of the Zaidi government in Tabarestan and Deylam. The question is, what were the causes and factors of this change? The subject of this work is the study of the causes of this change of religion by referring to the original Zaydi texts and describing and analyzing them to explain the causes. It seems that besides various reasons, the most important reason for this is the heterogeneity of the intellectual and belief system, including: Imamate (Mahdism, the quality of choosing an Imam, the permission of the Imamate of several Imams at the same time) and other beliefs that arise from this, such as Bringing to Etzal and Hanafi jurisprudence, as well as important issues such as disbelief and practice of taqiyyah, moral corruption and their behavior, and leaving the Islamic world, provided the ground for the extinction of Zaydiyya in Tabarestan. There is no doubt that the Imams (AS) was perfect human beings and they were responsible for guiding other human beings. The guidance of human beings by the infallibles (AS) requires appropriate tools such as the use of logical arguments and reasoning. In addition to having human ability and observing the normal prerequisites in communication, the Infallibles (AS) has made arguments. It is obtained from the statements of the Infallibles (AS) in the context of human guidance that they have used reasoning; the existing arguments by the Infallibles (AS) indicate the acceptance of the prerequisites of the argument. There is no doubt that the Imams (AS) was perfect human beings and they were responsible for guiding other human beings. The evolved movement in man, which has given him intellect and the power of evidence by the Creator, as well as the inadequacy of man's special knowledge in the realization of this movement, has documented and exploited the infallibles according to the laws of logic. In addition to introducing human epistemological sources (sense and intellect) in this study, human possession of the power of reason and thought and also insufficient knowledge of this power has been examined due to limitations and the occurrence of mistakes in it. Accordingly, the Infallible Prophet (AS) has accepted the authority of human thought and does not consider it complete and flawless, and on the other hand, he does not consider it completely wrong. Therefore, the Infallible Prophet (AS) has used rational reasoning to guide and induce his message to human beings. The interaction between humans and the environment is one of the topics that is emphasized by governments and people today. Examining this interaction by religions, especially Islam, is one of the issues that can be very important for the followers of this heavenly religion. The important point of Islam's approach is that this religion considers nature to have a perfect system as the noblest and best possible system that is under the rule of God and there is no defect or evil in it. The researchers in this article intend to find an answer to the question of what kind of interaction exists between humans and the environment from the Islamic point of view and should be done using the library method. The answer that has been given to this question is that according to the doctrine of Nizam Ahsan, which Islam emphasizes a lot, man does not have the right to destroy the natural course of the environment, and if he tries to change the environment at will, it will cause evil effects in It will be the whole system. Because in Ahsan's system, man is a part of the system and a part of its parts, and you have no right to consider what is good for him as good and what is not good for him as evil.. Zoroastrians believe that the history of the world lasts twelve thousand years. After the battle between good and evil, evil is defeated and goodness covers the whole world. But before the reconstruction of the world, events will take place during the period of each of the founders and saviors, which will cover the whole world with despair and hopelessness. The glorious Quran has been revealed by God and has got the present form after passing some stages in the journey of revelation. The Quran uses different terms to refer to the origin of this descending journey, such as the Guarded Tablet, the Manifest Book, the Mother of Book, and the Manifest Imam. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the Quranic verses and the views of religious scholars, the present paper examines these terms. All these terms indicate a single truth which is the first creature of God and treasure of God's knowledge, in which the forms and destination of all creatures are preserved and no single atom in the universe is out of God's knowledge. The relationship between the Quran and this truth is the same as the relationship between a simple thing and a complex thing, and between a detailed thing and a general, ambiguous thing. The root of the Quran is fused simply in the Mother of Book and the Guarded Tablet, which is in detailed form in the descending journey. This descent is not in a separated and distant form; rather, it is manifested. The truth of the Guarded Tablet and the Mother of Book cannot be revealed to natural world, and the Prophet intuits it in ascending arc. The detailed and semi form of this truth can be revealed, which is revealed to the Prophet over time. Manuscript profile

strong objections to the translation of the Qur'an after the age of revelation and its limitation and conditioning within the framework of the apparent and literal meaning on the one hand and the formation of the first translations of this holy book in the old Persian language on the other hand; This brought to mind the important issues that the commentators and translators of the early centuries have translated the verses of the Qur'an, especially the words and terms of Surah Al-Imran, with what bases and standards in that atmosphere of prohibition and inappropriateness of translation? And is it possible to get to the layers of meanings of the verses by only relying on the apparent meanings and provide a suitable translation to the audience of the Qur'an that can meet the needs of contemporary people in line with the global mission of the Qur'an? In this article, using the analytical-descriptive method, and using the most reliable sources of the translation of the Qur'an into ancient Persian, this issue has been investigated and explained based on the theory of semantic hermeneutics. The analyzes show that although the previous commentators and translators have used important and different methods in translating the Word of Revelation; But what has made the rank and position of these works great and has played an effective role in conveying the message and concepts of the verses, is their attention to multi-meaning perceptions - semantic hermeneutics - in the translation of Quranic words and terms; An issue that challenges the theory of the literalness of Quran translations in the first ten centuries after the Age of Revelation; But it has been neglected by scholars and Quranic thinkers. The issue of emigration is one of the most important issues that played the most fundamental role in the formation of the Islamic government at the beginning of Islam and is extremely important, which on the one hand prevents the believers from submitting to the pressure and suffocation of the polytheists, and on the other hand is the factor of issuing Islam comes to the Arabian Peninsula. The emigrants refer to those who lived in Makkah and migrated to Madinah after becoming Muslim on the orders of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), and according to this, the emigrants, with their emigration, contributed to the promotion of Islam, as well as the spread of cultures, beliefs, values, beliefs and customs. New customs played a role and in this way they suffered many hardships. For this reason, the great Prophet of Islam (pbuh) paid special attention to the emigrants, because they put their material life and possessions at the service of his call, and with their emigration, they brought the voice of Islam to the ears of the world, and the Holy Qur'an was also transmitted from them to the world. Niki has mentioned that there are verses in the Holy Qur'an describing the characteristics of the immigrants, among them the salient characteristics of the immigrants: sincerity, patience, endurance and trust in God Almighty. Therefore, in this article, the cultural characteristics of immigrants and its reflection in the Qur'an and hadiths have been discussed, and the method of this research is a library. Because the advancement of technology takes the world towards becoming a global unit and brings it to globalization, and this issue changes and transforms the society with the light of spatial distances, cultures and identity, which results in the confusion of modern man. On the other hand, a careful examination of the holy texts in religions indicates that all religions, both monotheistic and non-monotheistic, have the motivation and mission of globalization in the content of their teachings, and this globalization of religions is different from the globalization of modernity, which The saviorism component creates a hopeful view of the future. So paying attention to saviorism and focusing on this thought has an influential role in facing the crisis of the meaning of the modern era and draws a bright future for humanity. But only a hopeful look at the future is not enough and it requires a proper examination of the belief in saviorism in order to prepare the foundations for the globalization of religions with a correct understanding of this issue and prepare the ground for the emergence of the savior of the end of time. The issue of takfir is more theological than jurisprudential and its origin is also a belief. . In the beginning of Surah Al-Baqarah, God has divided people into three groups: believers, infidels, and hypocrites, and for the complexity of the character of hypocrites, he has paid attention to their characteristics. (Fazha) is an acquittal because the beginning of it is God's hatred of polytheists, repentance is because in this surah there is a lot of talk about repentance, and it is called (Fazha) because different verses of it express scandal. And the shame of the hypocrites and the veiling of their beliefs and actions. In this research, it is investigated whether a hypocrite is an infidel and outside of Islam? Or does blasphemy have a general meaning? (Hiding the truth) Some believe that external Islam is enough for a person to be a Muslim, and inner faith is not necessary. From this point of view, a hypocrite is a Muslim and can inherit and marry a non-Muslim. Others believe that the mental concentration of Islam is his inner faith and beliefs, and external Islam is not enough. As a result, a hypocrite is a disbeliever, the rulings and effects of disbelief apply to him, and the right to citizenship in the Islamic society is taken away from him, and he has eternal punishment in the hereafter. However, in the field of behavior and actions such as hypocrisy, it is different from the term kufr and it does not mean leaving Islam. Manuscript profile

in this paper, it is attempted to highlight the ancient living Iranian thoughts which have entered the Muslims’ mysticism. The current paper has a subject-oriented method and does not address the historical relations of thoughts. In other words, the purpose is not to delineate the identity of ideas. Rather, it is attempted to trace these ideas in ancient Iran. In addition, to avoid a confusion of ideas as well as a historical survey of the circulation of mystical ideas amongst the mystics, only Ibn Arabi’s mysticism (as a point of theoretical mysticism amongst the Muslims at which mystical ideas are systematically conjoined) was selected and discussed in this paper. In addition, the term ‘theoretical’ tends to omit ‘practical’ mysticism. In this paper, some of the macro-notions which are the foundations of the Muslims’ mysticism including names and attributes, immutable entities and the world of imagination, the perfect man, and the oneness of being (which is the heart of these concepts) are investigated. Before this, their parallel correspondences in Iranian philosophy, i.e. Amesha Spentas, Zurvan, Faravahars, and the primitive man are discussed. It will be concluded from all these discussions that the main foundations of the Muslims’ mysticism are more or less a exegesis to Iranian philosophy. Manuscript profile
